Terms & Conditions

1. The event will run on Friday 14 August 2026 from 6pm in the Dragon Lounge.

2. The promotion is open to open to all Queen, King and Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme members.

3. Upon entry, guests must tap their Metropolitan Rewards Card on the Dragon Lounge kiosk to print a ticket, which will act as their prize draw entry, limited to one ticket per customer.

4. Three tier-based tombola’s will be available in the Dragon Lounge, one for Queen Metropolitan Rewards Card holders, one for King Metropolitan Rewards Card holders, and one for Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders as well as HVC Monogram members.

5. The ticket and the customer’s Metropolitan Rewards Card must be presented to a Customer Relations Executive on duty, who will verify the entry and place it into the tombola that correlates to the customers Metropolitan Rewards Card tier.

6. Entry tickets must contain the participant's name and Metropolitan Rewards Card number where applicable.

7. The Promoter will close the tombola 10 minutes before the scheduled draw time at 7pm, 7.30pm, 8pm, 8.30pm, 9pm, 9.30pm and 10pm. All valid entries must be received before the closing time. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries received after the closing time, and such entries will not be eligible for the draw.

8. Draws will take place in the Dragon Lounge on Friday 14 August at the times outlined in point 7.

9. All draw prize denominations are Metropolitan Rewards Card based, one winner will be drawn from each Metropolitan Rewards Card based tombola every draw (21 winners in total for the evening) to win the following:

9a. Queen Metropolitan Rewards Card Holder - £100 Free Play.

9b. King Metropolitan Rewards Card Holder - £150 Free Play.

9c. Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card Holder and HVC Monogram Scheme Members - £200 Free Play.

10. Free Play prizes can only be redeemed at Cash Desk and not directly on the tables.

11. Free Play can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip/s to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.

12. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel chips, cash chips or cash.

13. The winning element only of any non-negotiable chip payout will be paid in cash chips.

14. No partnership betting is permitted.

15. Free Play, non-negotiable chips and promotional tickets are only valid at the venue where they were issued.

16. Promotional tickets expire 24 hours after the date and time of issue.

17. All stakes issued through a promotional ticket must be wagered before any remaining balance can be cashed out.

18. Winners must be present at the time of the draw to claim their prize.

19. Winners will have 2 minutes to claim their prize by presenting their Metropolitan Rewards Card.

20. If a prize is not claimed within the specified time, a redraw will take place.

21. Each customer may win only one prize during the prize draw. If the same customer is selected more than once, a redraw will take place.

22. The tombola will be cleared after all draws of the evening have finished.

23. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen. Such entries will be deemed invalid and will not be replaced. Photocopies or reproduced entry tickets will not be accepted.
24. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
25. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution. 
26. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
27. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
28. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in management cancelling prizes or participation in the promotion.
29. The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical malfunctions, system outages, card insertion errors, tracking failures or any other event outside of its reasonable control.
30. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
