Dragon Boat Festival Celebration

1. The event will run on Thursday 5 June from 8pm and is only open to Queen, Queen Of Spades, King, Kings Of Hearts, King Of Spades and HVC Monogram Scheme members.
2. Upon arrival guests must tap their Metropolitan Rewards Card on the Dragon Lounge kiosk to print a ticket, of which can be exchanged for a voucher booklet with a Customer Relations Executive on duty.
3. Each booklet contains two vouchers, they are as follows: 1x Metropolitan Rewards Card Based food voucher, 1x Metropolitan Rewards Card Based Free Play voucher.
4. Each voucher is valid for use on the date stipulated on the front of the voucher, the denomination of Free Play awarded to each tier is as follows:
     4a. £10 – Queen and Queen Of Spades Metropolitan Rewards Members.
     4b. £25 – King, King of Spades and King of Hearts Metropolitan Rewards Members
     4c. £50 - Ace Metropolitan Rewards Members.
     4d. £100 – HVC Monogram Scheme members.
5. Food vouchers are valid for use at anywhere in the Casino during the date stipulated on the front of the voucher, denomination of voucher available for each Metropolitan Rewards member is as follows:
     5a. £15 – Queen and Queen Of Spades Metropolitan Rewards Members,
     5b. £20 – King, King of Spades and King of Hearts Metropolitan Rewards Members,
     5c. £30 – Ace Metropolitan Rewards Members and HVC Monogram Scheme members.
6. A free play voucher can only be redeemed at Cash Desk and not directly on the tables.
7. The voucher can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip/s to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
8. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
9. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
10. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
12. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
13. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

Dragon Boat Match Play

1. The promotion will run from Monday 9 to Wednesday 11 June 2025 and is only open to King, King of Spades, King of Hearts, Ace Metropolitan Rewards members and HVC Monogram Scheme members.
2. Customers can collect their daily Match Play when they visit the Dragon Lounge from 8pm during the promotional period, limited to one offer per customer per day.
3. Upon entry customers must tap their Metropolitan Rewards Card on the Dragon Lounge kiosk to print a ticket, which must then be exchanged with a Customer Relations Executive on duty for a tier-based Match Play offer:

     3a. £25 Match Play for King, King of Spades, King of Hearts Metropolitan Rewards Members.
     3b. £50 Match Play for Ace Metropolitan Rewards Members.
     3c. £100 Match Play for HVC Monogram Scheme members.

4. Match Play is valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots or Electronics.
5. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
6. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
7. Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
8. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
10. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
11. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
