Terms & Conditions

1. The event will run on Friday 29 August 2025 from 8pm and is open to the top 200 King, Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card members and HVC Monogram Scheme members based on average daily gaming spend between 1 June and 31 July 2025
2. The event is limited to 30 places, customers will be required to pre-book for the event with a Customer Relations Executive, first come first served basis.
3. Attending King, King of Hearts, King of Spades, Ace Metropolitan Rewards members will each receive £100 in Free Play, Attending HVC Monogram Scheme Members will receive £200 Free Play, limited to one offer per customer.
4. Gaming offers for HVC Monogram Scheme members who have RSVP’d are valid for redemption one week from the event.
5. Free Play will be issued as non-negotiable chips for use on tables only.
6. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
7. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
8. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
10. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
11. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
