Terms & Conditions

1. The event will take place on Friday 26th June 2026 from 8pm and is open to the top 180 King and Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders, as well as HVC Monogram Scheme Members, based on average daily gaming spend between 1st April to 31st May 2026.
2. The event is limited to 30 places. Customers must pre-book with a Customer Relations Executive. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
3. Attending King, King of Hearts, King of Spades, and Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders will each receive £100 Free Play.
4. Attending HVC Monogram Scheme Members will receive £200 Free Play.
5. The offer is limited to one per customer.
6. Gaming offers for HVC Monogram Scheme Members who have RSVP’d are valid for redemption for one week following the event date.
7. Free Play will be issued as non-negotiable chips for use on gaming tables only.
8. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of any pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is permitted.
9. Entry into the event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
10. Any complaints or disputes must be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. Where participants have already met the qualifying criteria, they will be entitled to participate on the terms entered, subject to any expiry or other conditions contained within these Terms & Conditions, and to receive any associated benefits.
12. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are not permitted to participate in this promotion.
13. Any disregard or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in management cancelling prizes or participation.
