Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion will run Saturday 31 October 2026 and is only open to King, Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card Holders and HVC Monogram Scheme members.
2. Customers can collect their Match Play when they visit the Dragon Lounge from 6pm to 10pm during the promotional period, limited to one offer per customer per day.
3. Upon entry customers must tap their Metropolitan Rewards Card on the Dragon Lounge kiosk to print a ticket, which must then be exchanged with a Customer Relations Executive on duty for a tier-based Match Play offer:
3.a. King Card holders - £25 Match Play
3.b. Ace Met Card holders - £50 Match Play
3.c. HVC Monogram Scheme members - £100 Match Play.
4. Match Play vouchers are valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots or Electronics.
5. On gaming tables, a bet of the same value as the voucher must be placed alongside the voucher.
6. Match Play vouchers will be collected by the dealer once used.
7. Winnings resulting will be paid in accordance with the normal rules of the game.
8. On Blackjack:
8a. Are valid for one hand only.
8b. In the event of a standoff, the voucher will be returned to the customer.
8c. Are not valid on side bets.
9. On Roulette:
9a. Valid for a single even chance bet on roulette.
9b. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
10. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the main Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher.
11. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
12. Match Play and Free Drinks vouchers must be redeemed by the expiry date stated on the vouchers.
13. Free drink to be redeemed at the Bar for one of the following: House beer, 125ml glass of house wine, single measure house spirit and mixer or soft drink.
14. Exclusions apply: Dovetail Bar.
15. Not to be used in conjunction with any other food and drink offers. Discounts do not apply.
16. Lost, stolen, damaged or expired vouchers will not be replaced.
17. No cash alternative is available.
18. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
19. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
21. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
22. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in management cancelling prizes or participation in the promotion.
23. The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical malfunctions, system outages, card insertion errors, tracking failures or any other event outside of its reasonable control.
24. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
