Terms & Conditions

1. The Golden Mega Hot Spins Prize draws will take place Sunday 31 August at 8pm.
2. One draw ticket will be issued during the Hot Seats promotion by Slot Hosts to winning players that received a win notification on the Hot Seats promotion.
3. Guests who receive a hot seat will also be eligible for a draw entry multiplier spin on the Digi Wheel on Sunday 31 August from 12pm until 6pm.
4. In order to spin the wheel guests must present a golden ticket entry ticket they have won to a slots host on duty.
5. Limited to one multiplier spin per guest during the promotional period.
6. The wheel is comprised of 27x total segments, and the multipliers available are as follows.
   
   6a. 13x segments of 2x Multiplier.
   6b. 8x segments of 3x Multiplier.
   6c. 4x segments of 5x Multiplier.
   6d. 2x segment of 10x Multiplier.
   
7. Once spun the slots host will award the number of entry tickets won.
8. Entry tickets must be in the tombola 15 minutes before the draw.
9. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
10. The Metropolitan Rewards cards holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
12. The tombola will be cleared after all winners are determined.
13. Ten winners will be drawn from the tombola and will be eligible for one spin on the Digi Wheel.
14. The Digi wheel is comprised of 54 segments, the number of segments per denomination of prize are as follows:
    
    14a. 16x £100 Free Play
    14b. 8x £250 Free Play
    14c. 8x £500 Free Play
    14d. 10x Double X Met Points
    14e. 10x Triple X Met Points
    14f. 1x £1,000 Free Play
    14g. 1x £2,000 Free Play
    
15. Should a guest land on Double X Met Points, they will earn double Metropolitan Reward Points (1 additional point for every one usually earned) for a month (30x Days) from the day of win.
16. Should a guest land on Triple X Met Points, they will earn triple Metropolitan Reward Points (2 additional point for every one usually earned) for a month from the day of win.
17. Bonus Metropolitan Reward Points are added manually on the last day of the 30 day double/triple points period and normal Metropolitan Reward Point terms and conditions apply.
18. Customers must present their Metropolitan Rewards Card prior to playing on gaming tables or ensure that their card is correctly inserted into the machine for Metropolitan Reward Points to be earned.
19. Free Play vouchers are to be presented at the main cash desk for a promotional ticket to use on Slots and electronics on the day won.
20. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
21. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
22. Leisure Metropolitan Rewards card holders are excluded from participating in the Golden Mega Hot Spins promotional activity.
23. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
24. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
26. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
27. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
