Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion runs from 2nd to 30th January 2026 and is open to all Queen, King and Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme Members.
2. On Friday 2nd January, between 6pm and 12am (midnight), guests must tap their Metropolitan Rewards Card on the Dragon Lounge kiosk to print a ticket.
3. The printed ticket must then be presented to a Customer Relations Executive on duty in exchange for one (1) Metropolitan Rewards Card Based January Offer Booklet.
4. Offers available for each booklet are as follows:
4a. Queen Metropolitan Rewards Card Booklet: 1 × £10 Free Play Voucher, 1 × £10 Match Play Voucher, 1 × £25 Food and Drinks Voucher.
4b. King Metropolitan Rewards Card Booklet: 1 × £25 Free Play Voucher, 1 × £25 Match Play Voucher, 1 × £30 Food and Drinks Voucher, 1 × American Roulette Tournament Entry, 1 × Punto Banco Tournament Entry.
4c. Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card and HVC Monogram Scheme Members Booklet: 1 × £50 Free Play Voucher, 1 × £50 Match Play Voucher, 1 × £50 Food and Drinks Voucher, 1 × American Roulette Tournament Entry, 1 × Punto Banco Tournament Entry.
5. All Free Play vouchers are valid for redemption only on Friday 2nd January, and can only be redeemed at the Cash Desk. Free Play vouchers cannot be redeemed directly at tables.
6. Free Play may be exchanged for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots and Electronic Gaming.
7. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel chips or cash chips.
8. The winning element of any payout will be paid in cash chips. Partnership betting is not permitted.
9. All promotional funds must be fully staked before cashing out.
10. All Match Play vouchers are valid for redemption only on Friday 16th January for Blackjack, Roulette, Slots or Electronic Gaming.
11. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed with the voucher. Vouchers will be retained once used and winnings will be paid as usual.
12. Blackjack – the voucher may only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, in which case the voucher will be returned. Side bets are excluded.
13. Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet only. The voucher may be used on one spin only.
14. On Slots and Electronic Gaming, the voucher must be presented at the Cash Desk with a cash stake of the same value as detailed on the voucher. All promotional funds must be fully staked before cashing out.
15. All Food and Drinks vouchers are valid for redemption only on Friday 30th January, and may be redeemed anywhere in the casino (excluding Dovetail Bar) with a Food and Beverage Attendant.
16. The Food and Drinks voucher is valid against orders from the Players Menu, Kings Sports Bar Menu and 7th Cat Menu, up to the value stated on the front of the voucher.
17. Should the checkout amount exceed the value of the voucher, the excess amount must be paid by the guest.
18. Metropolitan Rewards Card discounts do not apply. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
19. American Roulette Tournament Entry is valid for registration on Friday 9th January, between 6:00pm and 9:00pm, and must be presented in person to a Customer Relations Executive on duty.
20. Registration for the American Roulette Tournament will open at 6pm; the first round will start from 8pm. No entries will be permitted after 9pm.
21. The American Roulette Tournament is open to guests with a valid Tournament Entry Ticket, limited to one (1) entry per customer.
22. A minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 participants per table will apply, with a maximum of 100 participants per tournament.
23. The American Roulette Tournament will have the following format:
23a. All participants will play five (5) spins of the allocated game.
23b. All participants will start each round with £10,000 in tournament chips.
23c. Players will be given two chip colours, one representing £100 value chips and the other £1,000 value chips.
23d. The minimum stake per spin is £2,000. If a player is unable to meet the minimum stake, they must stake all remaining chips.
23e. The maximum bet is £500 on any one number and £5,000 on columns and dozens. 23f. Neighbour bets and even chance bets are not permitted.
23g. Column and dozen bets are permitted.
24. The top three (3) scores in the tournament will win prizes as follows:
24a. 1st Place – £1,500 Free Play
24b. 2nd Place – £1,000 Free Play
24c. 3rd Place – £500 Free Play
25. Punto Banco Tournament Entry is valid for registration on Friday 23rd January, between 6pm and 9pm, and must be presented in person to a Customer Relations Executive on duty.
26. Registration for the Punto Banco Tournament will open at 6pm; the first round will start from 8pm. No entries will be permitted after 9pm.
27. The Punto Banco Tournament is open to guests with a valid Tournament Entry Ticket, limited to one (1) entry per customer.
28.The Punto Banco Tournament will have the following format:
28a. All participants will play five (5) hands of the allocated game.
28b. All participants will start each round with £10,000 in tournament chips.
28c. Players will be given two chip colours, one representing £100 value chips and the other £1,000 value chips.
28d. The minimum stake per hand is £2,000.
28e. The maximum bet is £15,000 on Banker or Player, £1,000 on Any Tie, and £200 on 3 Giving 8.
28f. UR Ways Tie bets are permitted with a flat £100 minimum and maximum.
28g. Banker bets will be paid at 1:1.
29. The top three (3) scores in the tournament will win prizes as follows:
29a. 1st Place – £1,500 Free Play
29b. 2nd Place – £1,000 Free Play
29c. 3rd Place – £500 Free Play
30. In the event of a tie in either the American Roulette or Punto Banco Tournament, customers with the same score may choose to split the prize equally or play additional rounds of the allocated game until an outright winner is determined.
31. Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
32. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
33. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen. These will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
34. Prizes cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
35. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. Where participants have already met the qualifying criteria, they will remain entitled to participate on the terms entered, subject to any expiry or other applicable conditions.
36. Employees of the Promoter, its agents, and their families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
37. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in management cancelling prizes.
