How to Enter
Earn 1 digital draw entry for every 100 Metropolitan Rewards Points you earn on Slots machines between Monday and Friday.
On Sunday of the same week, tap your card into the Lush Kiosk from 2pm to submit your entries.
At 4pm, we’ll draw 3 winners to win the following:
1st Winner Drawn: £100 Free Play
2nd Winner Drawn: £50 Free Play
3rd Winner Drawn: £25 Free Play
EARNING & DRAW DATES
Week 1: 18 to 22 August Earning Period | Draw On Sunday 24 August, 4pm
Week 2: 25 to 29 August Earning Period | Draw On Sunday 31 August, 4pm
Terms and conditions apply, digital draw entries can only be earned through Metropolitan Rewards Points accrued from Slots machine play.
1. The promotion will run from Monday 18 to Sunday 31 August 2025 and is only open to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders.
2. Players with an active wager on Slots every Monday to Friday will receive one digital draw entry on the Lush Kiosk for every 100 Metropolitan Rewards points earned.
3. Draw entries earned between Monday and Friday of each qualifying week will only be eligible for the Sunday draw of the same week:
3a. Week 1 earning period: 18 to 22 August 2025
3b. Week 1 draw: Sunday 24 August 2025
3c. Week 2 earning period: 25 to 29 August 2025
3d. Week 2 draw: Sunday 31 August 2025
4. Customers must ensure that their Metropolitan Rewards Cards are correctly inserted into the machine during play for entries to be earned.
5. Prize draw entries are automatically issued and cannot be issued retrospectively.
6. Guests must submit their earned entries via the kiosk from 2pm to 4pm on the day of the draw to participate.
7. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are late.
9. Every Sunday at 4pm, an in person draw will take place next to Guest Services, where three winners will be randomly drawn via the Lush CMS Programme and announced to receive the following prizes:
9a. 1st Winner drawn - £100 Free Play
9b. 2nd Winner drawn - £50 Free Play
9c. 3rd Winner drawn - £25 Free Play
10. Draw entries submitted will be reset to zero after each draw in preparation for the following week.
11. Free Play rewards vouchers can be printed from the Lush Kiosk to be redeemed at the Cash Desk.
12. The Free Play voucher can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip/s to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
13. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
14. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
15. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
17. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
18. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
