Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion will run from 7 April – 5 May 2025 and is only open to Metropolitan Rewards
2. Reward Points between 1 January and 16 March 2025, and also be contactable via email or SMS. Qualifying Metropolitan Reward Points are earned on Slot machines only.
3. Customers who have qualified for the Slots Club will be sent an invitation by Email or SMS between 20 March and 30 March to attend a Slots Party on Sunday 6 April 2025 between 1pm to 8pm to collect their first week’s booklet and have a spin on the prize wheel.
4. Customers attending the Slots Party will have the chance to spin the prize wheel once to reveal their instant prize won for use on the day.
5. The prize wheel will have 27 segments with the following prizes: 2 x £100 Match Play, 5 x £50 Match Play, 8 x £25 Match Play, 7 x 10,000 Metropolitan Reward Points and 5 x 20,000 Metropolitan Reward Points.
6. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
7. Match Play vouchers can only be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronic machines when the same value wager as stipulated on the front of the voucher is presented.
8. Metropolitan Reward Points will be credited to the winners account within 24 hours. Normal Metropolitan Reward Points terms and conditions apply.
9. Each Slots Club booklet will consist of four vouchers: 1 x £50 Match Play, 1 x £20 Food and Drink, 1 x 10,000 Metropolitan Reward Points, and 1 x £25 Match Play.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
11. All vouchers are valid only for the date and time stipulated on the front of the voucher.
12. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
13. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
15. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
16. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
