1. The promotion will run from 8 to 14 September 2025 and is only open to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders.
2. Every day during the promotion period, one tier based offer will be available to collect from the LUSH Kiosk when 500 Metropolitan Rewards Points are earned from Slots machine play:

2a. On Monday 8 September the offers available will be as follows:

- £5 Match Play for Jack Metropolitan Rewards Card Members.

- £10 Match Play for Queen, King and Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card Members

2b. On Tuesday 9 September the offers available will be as follows:

- £10 Food & Drink Voucher for Jack Metropolitan Rewards Card Members.

- £20 Food & Drink Voucher for Queen, King and Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card Members.

2c. On Wednesday 10 September the offers available will be as follows:

- £5 Free Play for Jack Metropolitan Rewards Card Members.

- £10 Free Play for Queen, King and Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card Members.

2d. On Thursday 11 September the offers available will be as follows:

- 2,000 Metropolitan Rewards Points for Jack Metropolitan Rewards Card Members.

- 4,000 Metropolitan Rewards Points for Queen, King and Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card Members.

2e. On Friday 12 September the offers available will be as follows:

- £5 Match Play for Jack Metropolitan Rewards Card Members.

- £10 Match Play for Queen, King and Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card Members.

2f. On Saturday 13 September the offers available will be as follows:

- £10 Food & Drink Voucher for Jack Metropolitan Rewards Card Members.

- £20 Food & Drink Voucher for Queen, King and Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card Members.

2g. On Sunday 14 September the offers available will be as follows:

- £5 Free Play for Jack Metropolitan Rewards Card Members.

- £10 Free Play for Queen, King and Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card Members.

3. Limited to one offer per customer per day.

4. Metropolitan Rewards Points tickets to be handed to Guest services, credits will be applied within 24-hours. Normal Metropolitan Rewards Point terms apply.

5. Food and Drink vouchers can be redeemed with a Food and Beverage attendant anywhere in the Casino (Excluding Dovetail Bar). No change will be given and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

6. Match Play voucher is only valid for use on Slots or Electronics.

7. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.

8. Free Play can only be redeemed at the Cash Desk and not directly on tables.

9. Free Play can be exchanged for a promotional ticket to be used on Slots and Electronics.

10. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.

11. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.

12. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.

13. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted 

14. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.

16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.

17. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
