Terms & Conditions

1. The Spring event will take place in the Dragon Lounge on Friday 10th April 2026 from 8pm and is open to Queen, King and Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders, and HVC Monogram Scheme members.
2. Upon entry, guests must tap their Metropolitan Rewards Card in the Dragon Lounge to print a ticket.
3. The printed ticket must then be presented to a CRE on duty, who will exchange it for 1 complimentary draw entry ticket to be placed into the relevant tier-based tombola before the commencement of the draws.
4. Prize draws will take place every half hour at 8.30pm, 9pm and 9.30pm.
5. Three Metropolitan Rewards Card tier-based tombola’s will be available in the Dragon Lounge: one for Queen Metropolitan Rewards Card holders, one for King Metropolitan Rewards Card holders, and one for Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme members.
6. In each draw, one winner will be selected from each Metropolitan Rewards Card tier-based tombola to win the relevant Free Play prize, resulting in 9 winners in total.
7. All draw prize denominations are tier-based and will remain the same for each draw. The prizes for each tier are as follows:

7a. Queen Metropolitan Rewards Card holders – £100 Free Play
7b. King Metropolitan Rewards Card holders – £200 Free Play
7c. Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme members – £300 Free Play

8. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be selected at random from each tier-based tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim their prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes, a redraw will take place.
9. The Metropolitan Rewards Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified before the member can be confirmed as a winner.
10. Entry tickets must be placed into the tombola no later than 10 minutes before each draw.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries or vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen, and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
12. The tombola will be cleared once the final ticket has been drawn.
13. Free Play prizes can only be redeemed at the Cash Desk and not directly at the tables.
14. A Free Play voucher can be exchanged for either non-negotiable chip(s) for use on tables, or a promotional ticket for use on Slots or Electronics.
15. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips.The winning element of any payout will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
16. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
17. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
18. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms originally entered, subject to any expiry dates or other conditions contained in these terms, and to receive any benefits associated with the promotion.
20. Employees of the Promoter, its agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
21. Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in management cancelling prizes.
