Terms & Conditions

1. The event will run on Monday 17 March from 8pm and is only open to Queen, King, Ace, HVC Metropolitan Reward Members.
2. Upon arrival, guests must tap their Met Card on the Dragon Lounge kiosk to print a ticket, which can be exchanged with a Customer Relations Executive on duty for a voucher booklet containing: 1x Complimentary Bento Box voucher, 1x Metropolitan Rewards card based Free Play voucher, and 1x Metropolitan Rewards card based Match Play voucher.
3. The denomination of Free Play and Match Play awarded is as follows:
a. £10 for Queen Met Card holders
b. £25 for King Met Card holders
c. £50 for Ace Met Card holders
d. £100 for HVC Monogram Scheme members.
4. All vouchers are valid on the day stated on the front of the voucher.
5. The Bento Box voucher must be exchanged for one serving when presented with a Food and Beverage attendant. No change will be given and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
6. Free Play is valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Punto Banco, Slots, or Electronics.
7. A Free Play voucher can only be redeemed at the Cash Desk and not directly on the tables.
8. The voucher can be exchanged for either non-negotiable chips to be used on tables or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
9. Non-negotiable gaming chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
10. Match Play is valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots, or Electronics.
11. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used, and winnings are paid out as usual.
12. Blackjack – the voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, in which case the voucher will be returned. This does not include any side bets.
13. Roulette – valid for a single even-chance bet on Roulette. The voucher can only be used on one spin.
14. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented at the Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
15. Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
16. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and will be entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
18. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
19. Disregard of or failure to meet any of these terms may result in management cancelling prizes.
