HOT SEATS
1. The promotion will run from 12 noon 14th July to 2nd August 7:45pm 2026 and is open to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders only.
2. To be eligible to enter, a customer must have their Metropolitan Rewards Card inserted into an electronic gaming machine during play.
3. Every hour between 12 noon to midnight, players will be chosen at random to win a Hot Seat Prize (except on Sunday 2nd August 2026, where the last Hot Seat award will be before 8pm).
4. To qualify for the Hot Seats promotion, a gaming session on either slots or electronic games is required within the promotional period.
5. Winners will be notified by a message on the electronic gaming machine or by Venue Management.
6. Jack, Queen and Queen of Hearts Metropolitan Rewards Card holders will receive a £25 Match Play voucher, valid for the following week, as stated on the voucher.
7. King, King of Hearts, King of Spades and Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders will receive a £50 Match Play voucher, valid for the following week, as stated on the voucher.
8. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
9. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the main Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher in exchange to the promotional ticket to use on Slots or Electronic terminals.
10. Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
11. Promotional tickets are valid for 24 hours after issuing.
12. Limited to one Hot Seat prize per customer per day.

GOLDEN MEGA HOT SPINS
1. The Golden Mega Hot Spins Prize draws will take place on the date as follows:
• Sunday 19th July 2026 at 8pm
• Sunday 26th July 2026 at 8pm
• Sunday 2nd August 2026 at 8pm
2. Players who receive a win notification during the Home of the Hot Seats promotion will be issued one draw entry ticket by the Slot Hosts or Casino Management. This ticket is valid for the next advertised Golden Mega Spins draw.
3. Tickets issued after 7:45pm on Sundays will be only eligible for the next available draw, within promotional period.
4. Entry tickets must be in the tombola 15 minutes before the draw.
5. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a redraw will take place.
6. The Metropolitan Rewards Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
7. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
8. The tombola will be cleared after all winners are determined.
