Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 24 July – 30 September 2026 and is open to all customers.
  2. Customers who spend £100 or more in a single transaction on food and beverages from the À La Carte Menu at Parlay Restaurant will receive £25 in non-negotiable gaming chips, redeemable on live gaming tables.
  3. Free Play may be issued as Non-negotiable chips.
  4. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel chips, cash chips or cash.
  5. The winning element only of any non-negotiable chip payout will be paid in cash chips.
  6. No partnership betting is permitted.
  7. No cash alternative is available.
  8. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  9. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  11. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  12. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in management cancelling prizes or participation in the promotion.
  13. The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical malfunctions, system outages, card insertion errors, tracking failures or any other event outside of its reasonable control.
  14. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
