Terms & Conditions

The promotion will run on Wednesday 31st December 2025 between 8pm- 1am and is open to Jack, Queen, Queen of Spades, King, King of Hearts, King of Spades, Ace Metropolitan Rewards Cards Holders and HVC Monogram Scheme and HVC Bonus Scheme Members.
Leisure card customers are excluded from participating in the promotion.
Prize draw entry tickets can be collected at Reception between 8.00pm – 12:50am.
Jack, Queen, Queen of Spades, King, King of Hearts, King of Spades are eligible for one free ticket each.
Ace Metropolitan Reward Card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme are eligible for three free tickets each.
Draws will take place at the following times and prize values will be as follows:
• 10:00pm- one winner drawn, to win £1,000 Free Play.
• 11:00pm – one winner drawn, to win £1,000 Free Play.
• 1:00am – one winner drawn, to win £2,026 Free Play.
Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card or valid photo ID.
If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes an immediate re-draw will take place.
The Metropolitan Rewards Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen, and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
Tombola will be cleared after the final draw is concluded.
Entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before each draw commences. Any tickets entered after this time will be placed into the next draw.
Free Play prizes will be issued to the winners at the Cash Desk in Non-negotiable gaming chips for use on live table games or promotional funds be used on Slot or Electronic Gaming terminals.
Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
Leisure card customers are excluded from participating in the promotion.
Non-negotiable chips must be wagered through a minimum of three times prior to cashing out and can only be played on the main layout with no outside bets.
Non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on even chances and may only be placed in a manner where a maximum of 24 winning numbers will result in a payout to the customer on any individual spin on Roulette.
Upon dispute, the non-negotiable chips on the first 24 numbers are valid and any non-negotiable chips above 24 numbers are void and returned.
On Slots or Electronic terminals – promotional funds must be staked before cashing out. Promotional tickets are only valid for 24 hours after issue.
Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in management cancelling prizes.
