Will you be a slots master?

1. The Slots Tournaments will run from 8pm to 10pm on Wednesdays and Sundays at Metropolitan Mayfair from 22nd July to 2nd August 2026
2. The tournament is open to Jack, Queen, Queen of Spades, King, King of Hearts and King of Spades Metropolitan Rewards Card holders, HVC Monogram Scheme Members and HVC Bonus Scheme Members only.
3. Where applicable, customers must meet the following qualification criteria in order to register for the tournament: a. Recorded turnover of at least £100 on the day of the tournament from Slots or Live Table Games.
b. Turnover from Electronic Gaming Terminals is excluded and does not count towards qualification.
4. Registration for each tournament will start on the day from 7.45pm. No entries will be permitted past 9.45pm.
5. The tournament is free to enter unless otherwise stated. Each participant is permitted one entry only.
6. There will be a minimum of 4 and maximum of 60 participants in the tournament.
7. If the minimum number of participants is not achieved, the tournament may be cancelled at the discretion of management.
8. To enter, participants must be present in the casino and register with the Customer Relations Executive, Gaming Supervisor or Venue Management.
9. All tournament chips, credits and balances have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. All participants will receive 10,000 tournament credits.
11. Participants will have two minutes to try and achieve the highest score, minimum bet of 100 and maximum bet of 500 credits per spin.
12. Minimum bet of 50P.
13. Any winnings from these credits are for the purpose of the tournament leaderboard scoring purposes only and cannot be cashed out or exchanged.
14. Tournament credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
15. Tournament rankings will be determined by the highest score.
16 In the event of a tie, on the final leader board results, participants who achieved the same score will be given an option to split the prize between them equally or play a full round, until such time that an outright 17. Management decisions are final.
18. Free Play will be issued as a promotional ticket to be used on Slot machines on the day.
19. Promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
20. Venue Management reserves the right to allocate participants to specific machines.
21. Prizes will be awarded as follows:
1st Place – £750 Free Play
2nd Place – £250 Free Play
22. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
23. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
25. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
26. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes or participation in the promotion.
27. The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical malfunctions, system outages, card insertion errors, tracking failures or any other event outside of its reasonable control.
Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
