1.The promotion will run on Thursday 30th April 2026 between 9pm and 11pm and is open
to the top 180 Metropolitan Rewards Card holders, HVC Monogram Scheme and HVC
Bonus Scheme Members based on Theoretical Win within the last rolling 90 days across
Metropolitan Mayfair, Sportsman, and Park Lane Club. The event is limited to 70 places.
Customers must pre-book with a Customer Relations Executive on a first come, first
served basis.

3. Prize draw entry tickets can be collected at Reception between 9pm – 10:50pm. Limited to
one ticket per customer.
4. Draws will take place at the following times and prize values will be as follows:
• 9:30pm – Two winners drawn, will win £500 Free Play each.
• 10:15pm – Two winners drawn, will win £500 Free Play each.
• 11:00pm – Two winners drawn, will win £500 Free Play each.
5. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly
from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership
card or valid photo ID. Limited to one prize per customer per night.
6. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes an immediate re-draw will take place.
7. The Metropolitan Rewards Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed
on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost,
damaged or stolen, and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be
accepted.
9. Tombola will be cleared after the final draw is concluded.
10. Leisure card customers are excluded from participating in the Arabian Night Draw
promotional activity.
11. Entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before each draw commences. Any tickets
entered after this time will be placed into the next draw.
12. Free Play prizes are paid in Non-negotiable gaming chips and will be issued to the winners at
the Cash Desk. Non-negotiable gaming chips to be used directly on tables.
13. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips.
The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is
allowed.
14. Non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on even chances and may only be placed in a
manner where a maximum of 24 winning numbers will result in a payout to the customer on
any individual spin on Roulette.
15. Upon dispute the non-negotiable chips on the first 24 numbers are valid and any non
negotiable chips above 24 numbers are void and returned.
16. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
17. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue
Management for resolution.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If
participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled
to participate in the promotion on the terms entered (subject to any expiry or other
conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the
promotion.
19. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited
from participating in this promotion.
20. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in management cancelling prizes.
