Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run on Wednesday 9 April 2025 from 8.30pm and is only open to Park Lane Metropolitan Rewards members.
  2. Customers must confirm their attendance to the events with a Customer Relations Executive. First come first served basis, limited to 48 spaces.
  3. All customers will receive one prize draw entry upon arrival at Reception from 2pm to 11.20pm on Wednesday 9 April 2025.
  4. Draws will take place at 9.30pm, 10.30pm and 11.30pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
  5. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
  6. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
  7. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  8. The tombola will be cleared after the final draw.
  9. One winner will be drawn from the tombola per draw time and will win £500 in Free Play to use on the night.
  10. Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables.
  11. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  12. Roulette – Non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on even chances and may only be placed in a manner where a maximum of 24 winning numbers will result in a payout to the customer on any individual spin on Roulette.
  13. Upon dispute the non-negotiable chips on the first 24 numbers are valid and any non-negotiable chips above 24 numbers are void and returned.
  14. Only one prize per customer per day.
  15. Leisure Reward Members are excluded from the Eid Event promotional activity.
  16. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  17. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  19. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  20. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
