Hot Seats at Park Lane

1. This promotion will run 9 June – 31 July 2025 between 7pm and 1am on Mondays and Tuesdays at Park Lane Casino, open to Metropolitan Rewards Card Holders.
2. To be eligible to enter, a customer must have their Metropolitan Rewards Card inserted into an electronic gaming machine during play.
3. Every hour between 7pm to 1am during the promotional period, players will be chosen at random to win a Hot Seat Prize.
4. To qualify for the Hot Seats promotion, a minimum turnover of £40 during a gaming session on either slots or electronic games within the promotional period is required.
5. Winners will be notified by a message on the electronic gaming machine or by Venue Management.
6. The hot seat prize will be £50 Match Play voucher to be used on the day.
7. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
8. Match Play vouchers are valid for use on Slots and Electronic Roulette machines only and must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value wager as detailed on the voucher in exchange for a promotional ticket, all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
9. Management reserves the right to monitor participation and usage of promotional funds. Customers suspected of abusing the offer, including but not limited to only using Free Play/Match Play without engaging in regular gameplay, may be disqualified from current or future tournaments and promotions.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
11. Leisure Metropolitan Rewards Card holders are excluded from participating in the Hot Seats promotional activity.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for Metropolitan Rewards Cards being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.
13. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
14. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
17. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
