Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run on Friday 19th June 2026 from 12pm – 12am and is open only to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme and HVC Bonus Scheme Members.
  2. To qualify for the prize draws, customers must earn a prize draw entry during the entry earning period of 12pm – 11:50pm on the day of the promotion.
  3. Customers will earn one prize draw entry by playing live table games, slots or electronic gaming terminals with a minimum turnover of £250.
  4. Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme Members who have been invited to the event are eligible to collect three (3) complimentary prize draw tickets at Reception on the date of the event.
  5. Customers must ensure their Metropolitan Rewards Card is used while playing for turnover to be tracked correctly. While all reasonable steps are taken to ensure the accuracy of gaming and transaction records, due to the nature of gaming activities, recorded transactions should be considered best-effort estimates.
  6. Earned prize draw entry tickets will be available for collection at the Cash Desk following the gaming session, once the qualifying criteria have been met and upon presentation of a valid Metropolitan Rewards Card.
  7. Prize draws will take place at 10pm, 11pm and 12am. All prize draw entry tickets must be placed in the tombola at least 10 minutes before each draw.
  8. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be selected randomly from the tombola and will have two (2) minutes to claim their prize by presenting their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within two minutes, a re-draw will take place.
  9. Metropolitan Rewards Card holders may win only once during the promotion. If the same name is drawn again, a re-draw will take place.
  10. The Metropolitan Rewards Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified in order for the member to be confirmed as the winner.
  11. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen. Such entries will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  12. The tombola will be cleared after all draws have concluded.
  13. Three winners will be drawn from the tombola and will each be eligible for one spin on the Digi Wheel.
  14. The Digi Wheel consists of 54 segments, with prizes allocated as follows

  15. Free Play prizes will be issued at the Cash Desk as non-negotiable gaming chips for use on live table games, or as promotional funds for use on slots or electronic gaming terminals.
  16. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for cash chips or wheel chips. The winning element of any payout will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is permitted.
  17. Non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on even-chance bets and may only be placed in a manner where a maximum of 24 winning numbers will result in a payout on any individual spin on Roulette.
  18. In the event of a dispute, non-negotiable chips placed on the first 24 numbers will be considered valid, and any non-negotiable chips placed beyond 24 numbers will be void and returned.
  19. On slots or electronic gaming terminals, promotional funds must be fully staked before cashing out. Promotional tickets are valid for 24 hours after issue.
  20. Leisure Card customers are excluded from participating in this promotion.
  21. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  22. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  23. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will remain entitled to participate under the terms originally entered, subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions.
  24. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  25. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification and cancellation of prizes at the discretion of management.
