1. The promotion will run on 24th April 2026 from 12pm – 12am and is only open to Metropolitan Rewards card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme and HVC Bonus Scheme Members. 
2. To qualify for the prize draws, customers must earn a prize draw entry during the entry earning period of 12pm – 11.50pm. The qualification routes are as follows:  
3. Customers earn one prize draw entry by playing live tables, slots or gaming terminals with a £250 turnover. 
4. Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme members who have been invited to the event are eligible to collect 3 free tickets at Reception on the date of the event. 
5. Customers must ensure their Metropolitan Rewards card is used while playing for the turnover to be tracked correctly. We take careful steps to ensure the accuracy of all gaming and transaction records. However, due to the nature of gaming activities, transactions recorded should be considered as best-effort estimates. 
6. Earned prize draw entry tickets will be available for collection at Cash Desk following the gaming session, once the qualifying criteria have been met and upon presentation of a valid Metropolitan Rewards Card.  
7. Draws will be at 10pm, 11pm and 12am. All prize draw entry tickets must be placed in the tombola at least 10 minutes before each draw. 
8. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place. 
9. Metropolitan rewards card holders can win once per night, if same name is drawn, re-draw will take place.  
10. The Metropolitan Rewards Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.  The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted. 
11. The tombola will be cleared after all draws have concluded. 
12. Three winners will be drawn from the tombola and will be eligible for one spin each on the Digi Wheel.

14.Free Play prizes will be issued to the winners at the Cash Desk in Non-negotiable gaming chips for use on live table games or promotional funds be used on Slot or Electronic Gaming terminals. 
15.Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed. 
16.Non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on even chances and may only be placed in a manner where a maximum of 24 winning numbers will result in a payout to the customer on any individual spin on Roulette. Upon dispute, the non-negotiable chips on the first 24 numbers are valid and any non-negotiable chips above 24 numbers are void and returned. 
17.On Slots or Electronic terminals – promotional funds must be staked before cashing out. Promotional tickets are only valid for 24 hours after issue.  
18.Leisure card customers are excluded from participating in the promotion. 
19.Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions. 
20.Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.  
21.The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion. 
22.Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion. 
23.Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
