Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion will run on the 11th, 18th and 25th of October 2026.
2. The Tournament is open to:
a. Metropolitan Rewards Card holders: Jack, Queen, Queen of Spades, King, King of Hearts, King of Spades, Ace, HVC Bonus and HVC Monogram customers, across all London venues (Sportsman, Mayfair, Park lane, Empire).
3. Customers must meet the following qualification criteria in order to register for the tournament:
a. £5000 turnover on tables games in a single gaming day, during the preceding four weeks.
b. For the purposes of this promotion, a gaming day runs from 12:00pm until 5:59am the following day.
4. The Roulette tournament will take place at 8pm on 11th of October for a total prize pool of £4,000, Blackjack tournament will take place at 8pm on 18th of October for a total prize pool of £4,000 and a Multi-Table tournament will take place at 8pm on the 25th of October for a total prize pool of £7,000. Prizes awarded as Free Play/ and or cash.
5. The starting stack for all tournaments will be 10,000. For the Multi-table tournament, the starting stack will be based on the number of tournaments attended over the promotion.
a. Multi-table tournament Starting stacks, example:
b. Attend one tournament and receive 10,000 chips.
c. Attend two tournaments and receive 12,500 chips
d. Attend three tournaments and receive 15,000 chips
6. An additional re-buy option will be available for £50 up to a maximum of 5 re-buys at all tournaments.
7. Players are permitted to re-buy when they have busted out of their original stack, or on the completion of the 5th spin. All existing chips and previous results will be forfeited for a new stack.
8. Re-entries must be purchased at the Cash Desk and from the Customer Relations Executive at the table and are non-refundable once the round has recommenced.
9, Prizes for Roulette and Blackjack weeks will be awarded as follows: 1st Place £2,000 (Paid as Free Play/ and or cash); 2nd Place £1,000 (Paid as Free Play/ and or cash); 3rd Place £600 (Paid as Free Play/ and or cash); 4th Place £200 (Paid as Free Play/ and or cash); 5th Place £200 (Paid as Free Play/ and or cash).
Prizes for the Multi-Table week will be awarded as follows: 1st Place £3,500 (Paid as Free Play/ and or cash); 2nd Place £1,750 (Paid as Free Play/ and or cash); 3rd Place £1050 (Paid as Free Play/ and or cash); 4th Place £350 (Paid as Free Play/ and or cash); 5th Place £350 (Paid as Free Play/ and or cash).
10, In the event of a tie, the prize will be split equally between the tied participants
11. The total re-entry fees collected for that week will be allocated as a proportion of the total prize as cash prizes across 1st to 5th place:
a. 1st place will receive: 50%
b. 2nd place will receive: 25%
c. 3rd place will receive: 15%
d. 4th place will receive: 5%
e. 5th place will receive: 5%
11. The remaining balance will be paid as Free Play, so that the combined cash and Free Play amount equals the total prize.
12. If the re-buy fees collected exceed the total prize pool for that week, the prize pool will increase by the surplus, and the full prize pool, including the additional amount will be paid in cash, split across 1st to 5th place as follows:
a. 1st place will receive: 50%
b. 2nd place will receive: 25%
c. 3rd place will receive: 15%
d. 4th place will receive: 5%
e. 5th place will receive: 5%
13. Free Play can only be exchanged at Cash Desk for non-negotiable chips to be used on live table games.
14. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips.
15. On roulette non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on outside bets and a maximum of 24 numbers may be played on any individual spin.
16. Non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on even chances and may only be placed in a manner where a maximum of 24 winning numbers will result in a payout to the customer on any individual spin on Roulette.
17. Upon dispute, the non-negotiable chips on the first 24 numbers are valid and any non-negotiable chips above 24 numbers are void and returned.
18. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions. 
19. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution. 
20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion. 
21. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion. 
22. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in management cancelling prizes or participation in the promotion
23. The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical malfunctions, system outages, card insertion errors, tracking failures or any other event outside of its reasonable control.
24. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.

American Roulette Tournament – Qualification

25. The tournament is free to enter, unless otherwise stated. Each participant is allowed one free entry only, with a maximum of 5 re-buys at £50 each permitted. Once the re-buy is completed, all previous chips and scores will be forfeited.
26. Registration for each tournament will start on the day from 7:30pm to 9pm, no re-buys will be permitted past 11:30pm. 
27. To enter participants will need to be in the venue and contact the Customer Relations Executive or Gaming Manager who will process the registration and take them to a designated table to take part in the tournament. 
28. There will be a minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 participants per table, with a maximum of 100 participants in the tournament.
29. If the minimum number of participants is not achieved, the tournament may be cancelled at the discretion of management.
30. The American Roulette tournament will have the following format: 
a. All participants will play 5 spins of the allocated game. Participants must play each spin, unless they have used all their tournament chips.
b. All participants will start each round with a starting stack of 10,000 tournament chips, comprised of 100 chips worth 100 points each.
c. All chips must remain on the table and be visible to venue staff at all times.
31. There is no maximum bet on the numbers. 
32. Minimum stake per spin is 2,000 points. In the event a player is unable to meet the minimum stake, they will stake all remaining chips. 
33. Columns, dozens, call bets and even chance bets are not accepted. 
34. Neighbour bets are not accepted. 
35. No partnership betting is allowed.
36. Scores will be recorded and managed confidentially by Casino staff. A leaderboard will be used to track places; however, scores will not be made public until each player has completed their turn The players finishing in 37. the top 10 will be invited to participate in the final.
38. In the event of a tie which affects the composition of the top 10 an additional spin will be played. Each customer who is tied will be given an additional 100 chips worth 100 points each. All chips must be placed before the wheel is spun. Columns, dozens, call bets and even chance bets are not accepted. If this process does not produce clear qualifiers, the process will be repeated. These points are valid only for the tie-breaker and do not carry through to the next round.

American Roulette Tournament – Final


39. The Final Tournament will take place immediately after the qualifying tournament has concluded.
40. The ten finalists will compete, with the five lowest scores to compete first at the same time on the same table, the top five scores will compete second.
41. The American Roulette tournament will have the following format:
a) All participants will play 5 spins of the allocated game. Participants must play each spin.
b) All participants will begin each round with a starting stack of 10,000 tournament chips, comprised of 100 chips worth 100 points each.
c) All chips must remain on the table and be visible to venue staff at all times.
d) There is no maximum bet on the numbers.
e) Minimum stake per spin is 2,000 points. In the event a player is unable to meet the minimum stake, they will stake all remaining chips, unless they have used all their tournament chips.
f) Columns, dozens, call bets and even chance bets are not accepted.
g) Neighbour bets are not accepted.
h) No partnership betting is allowed.
i) No re-buys permitted in the final.

Blackjack Tournament -
Qualification
42. The tournament is free to enter, unless otherwise stated. Each participant is allowed one free entry only, with a maximum of 5 re-buys at £50 each permitted. Once the re-buy is completed, all previous chips and scores will be forfeited.
43. Registration for each tournament will start on the day from 7:30pm to 9pm, no re-buys will be permitted past 11:30pm.
44. There will be a minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 participants per table, with a maximum of 100 participants in the tournament.
45. The Blackjack tournament format will be as follows:
a. All participants will play five (5) hands of the allocated game.
b. All participants will start each round with 10,000 in tournament chips.
c. The minimum stake per hand is 500 chips. If a player is unable to meet the minimum stake, they must wager all remaining chips.
d. Each player must play one box only per coup.
e. All chips must remain on the table and visible to venue staff at all times.
f. Participants will be ranked based on their tournament chip balance at the end of each round. All scores will be recorded and verified by Casino staff, and all management decisions are final.
g. In the event of a tie, a sudden death format will be used. Players will be dealt as normal, and the lowest value hand under 21 will be eliminated. This will continue until the tie is resolved.
46. The top ten highest scorers from the qualification rounds will qualify to play in the final.
47 The final round will follow the same format as the qualification rounds, participants will receive 10,000 in tournament chips and will play five (5) hands of the allocated game.
48 No re-buys permitted in the final.

Multi-Table Tournament


49. The tournament is free to enter, unless otherwise stated. Each participant is allowed one free entry only, with a maximum of 5 re-buys across both games at £50 each permitted. Once the re-buy is completed, all previous chips and scores will be forfeited.
50. Registration for each tournament will start on the day from 7.30pm to 9pm, no re-buys will be permitted past 11.30pm. 
51. There will be a minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 participants per table, with a maximum of 100 participants in the tournament.
52. The tournament format will be as follows:
a. The starting stack will be based on tournament attendance across the promotional period as stated in point 5 of the terms and conditions.
b. The tournament will be split into two legs, Roulette and Blackjack, run simultaneously on one dedicated table for each game.
c. Participants will be divided into two groups. Group A will begin on the Roulette table while Group B begins on the Blackjack table, at the same time.
d. Each group will play one leg in full before swapping: the group on Roulette will play 5 spins in line with the American Roulette Tournament format set out above; the group on Blackjack will play 5 hands in line with the Blackjack Tournament format set out above.
e. On completion of the first leg, the groups will swap tables, and each will then change to the other game, under the same format as set out above for that game.
f. The starting stack determined under point 5 will be issued in full at the start of each leg, for both the Roulette leg and the Blackjack leg. Stacks are not split or carried between legs; a participant will play both legs with the same full starting stack amount.
g. Casino staff will record each participant's finishing stack at the end of each leg. A participant's final tournament score is the sum of their finishing stack from the Roulette leg and their finishing stack from the Blackjack leg.
h. Re-buys (as set out in point 5 to 8) may be used in either leg, up to a maximum of 5 re-buys across both games. A re-buy used in one leg does not carry over or reduce the stack in the other leg.
i. Ranking is determined by combined score across both legs.
j. In the event of a tie, a sudden death format in Blackjack will be used. Players will be dealt as normal, and the lowest value hand under 21 will be eliminated. This will continue until the tie is resolved.
kl. No re-buys permitted in the final

Multi-Table Tournament - Final 
53. The Final for the Multi-Table Tournament will take place immediately after the qualifying tournament has concluded. 
54. The Multi-Table Final will have ten finalists who will be divided into two groups of five players each and compete at the same time with the two games running simultaneously on one dedicated table for each game. 
55. The Multi-Table Final will be following the same tournament format as set out above for the Multi-Table tournament. 
56. The Multi-Table tournament finalist will have a starting stack of 20,000 chips.  
57. No-rebuys permitted in the final tournament.
