Monthly Poker Leaderboard and Playoff Series

1. The promotion will run from 1st January 2026 to 5th July 2026 inclusive (“the Promotional Period”) and is open to Metropolitan Rewards Card Members only.
2. Monthly leader board eligibility periods will operate on a calendar-month basis as follows: a. January Leader board: 1st – 31st January 2026; b. February Leader board: 1st – 28th February 2026: c. March Leader board: 1st  – 31st March 2026; April Leader board: 1st -30th April 2026; May Leader board: 1st - 31st May 2026; June Leader board: 1st - 30th June 2026. 
3. Playoff tournaments will take place on the following dates: a. January Playoff: Sunday, 1st February 2026; b. February Playoff: Sunday 1st March 2026; c. March Playoff: Sunday 5th April 2026 d. April Playoff - Sunday 3rd May 2026, d. May Playoff - Sunday 7th June, e. June Playoff - Sunday 5th July. 
4. The leader board will operate on a calendar-month basis, commencing on the first day of each month and concluding on the final day of that month. Points accumulated during a calendar month will apply only to that month’s leader board and will not be carried over to subsequent months.
5. The top nine (9) finishing players in each Bigger Wednesday and Manchester 10K tournament during each calendar month will be awarded leader board points as follows: 1st place – 9 points, 2nd place – 8 points, 3rd place – 7 points; 4th place – 6 points; 5th place – 5 points; 6th place – 4 points; 7th place – 3 points; 8th place – 2 points; 9th place – 1 point
6. League standings will be displayed at the Poker Desk following the first qualifying tournament of each month and will be updated throughout the Promotional Period.
7. The top nine (9) league standings with the highest total points following the Manchester 10K tournament in each calendar month will be invited to participate in a free-to-enter playoff tournament. In the event of tied scores, all tied players will be included.
8. Eligible players will be notified of their qualification via the Poker Desk and/or direct communication prior to the playoff tournament.
9. Each qualifying player must register at the Poker Desk no later than one (1) hour before the scheduled start time of the playoff tournament at 7:00pm.
10. Any tournament stacks allocated to registered players who fail to attend will be removed from play at the end of Level 6.
11. Each player will receive a 10,000-chip starting stack. The playoff tournament will operate on a freeze-out format with 20-minute blind levels.
12. The winner of each monthly playoff tournament will receive the following prize. No cash alternative will be available:
a. January Playoff: One Manchester Monthly Tournament Freeroll Pass (value £320)
b. February Playoff: Irish Open Main Event Seat (value €1,150)
c. March Playoff: 4 x tickets to An Evening with James Martin (value £660)
d. April Playoff: 1st Prize - 1 x Party Poker Manchester Main Event Seat (£500), 2nd Prize 1 x Party POker Manchester Mini Seat (£150)
e. May Playoff: 1st Prize - 1 x Party Poker Manchester High Roller Seat (£1,000), 2nd Prize - 1 x Party Poker Manchester Main Seat (£500), 3rd Prize - 1 x Party Poker Manchester Mini Seat (£150)
f. June Playoff: Prize TBC
13. No Cash alternative will be available.
14. All Metropolitan Gaming poker tournaments are governed by the Tournament Rules displayed in the Poker Room and are available upon request.
15. The Tournament Director’s decision is final in all matters relating to the promotion and tournaments.
16. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
17. Any complaints or disputes must be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the promotion at any time. Where participants have already met the qualifying criteria, they will be entitled to participate under the terms entered (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained herein) and to receive any benefits already earned.
19. Employees of the Promoter, its agents, and their immediate family or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
20. Failure to comply with any of these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification and/or forfeiture of prizes at Management’s discretion.
