Electronics Leaderboard Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion will run from 1st July to 30th September 2026 and is open only to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders who have qualified for the Electronics Club.
2. To qualify for the Electronics Club, customers must:
   1. Be a Metropolitan Rewards Card holder.
   2. Have actively played electronic machines during the previous calendar month.
   3. Be contactable or non-contactable. Please note that offers will only be communicated to contactable customers via email and SMS. If you are currently non-contactable, please visit your local casino to check whether you qualify and to view any available offers. 
   4. Rank within the Top 100 Electronics Players at their Home Casino (all participating venues excluding Empire Casino), as determined by performance metrics collected during the previous calendar month.
   5. Rank within the Top 200 Electronics Players at Empire Casino, as determined by performance metrics collected during the previous calendar month.
3. Rankings are based on an assessment of:
   1. Theoretical Win (Theo) – the estimated amount the casino expects to retain from a customer’s electronic play. Theoretical Win is calculated using factors such as the total amount wagered and the programmed house advantage of electronic machines. It is an estimated value used for performance and rewards purposes only and does not represent actual wins or losses.
4. Qualified Electronics Club members will receive weekly Free Play offers (up to a maximum of four per calendar month). The value of each offer is determined based on the customer’s Average Daily Worth (ADW) from the previous calendar month, calculated at a 20% reinvestment rate, with a minimum value of £25 and a maximum value of £200 per offer. Offer values will be rounded up to the nearest £5 increment. Each offer will be valid for a seven (7) day redemption period from the date of activation and will expire if not redeemed within that timeframe. Offers will be sent by email or SMS to the contact details registered to the customer’s Metropolitan Rewards account.
5. Average Daily Worth (ADW) – shows how much a customer plays on average each day they visit. It is calculated by dividing the customer’s Theoretical Win from electronic play by the number of days they played during the previous calendar month. ADW is an internal calculation based on estimated values and may not reflect actual wins or losses.
6. The Electronics Club will operate only at the following venues: Alea Glasgow, Alea Nottingham, Manchester235, Empire Casino, and The Sportsman Casino.
7. Customers who qualify for the Electronics Club will be sent an invitation by email or SMS.
8. Prizes won cannot be exchanged, and no cash alternative is available.
9. Free Play vouchers can only be redeemed at the Cash Desk in exchange for a promotional ticket to be used on slot or electronic machines.
10. Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
11. Leisure and HVC Monogram Scheme members are excluded from participating in the Electronics Club promotional activity.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, or stolen, and such vouchers will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
13. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria, they will remain entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered (subject to any expiry or other applicable conditions) and to receive any benefits associated with it.
16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
17. Disregarding or failing to meet any of these terms may result in management withholding or cancelling prizes.

Electronics Party Terms and Conditions

1. The Electronics Party will take place on the third Sunday from 18th July 2026, and on the third Sunday of every month thereafter.
2. The event is only open to customers who have qualified for the Electronics Club, as set out in the Electronics Club Top 100 or 200 Leaderboard Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligible customers will be invited via their preferred contact channel to attend a Electronics Party event at their local Metropolitan Gaming casino on the event date between 4pm and 8pm.
4. At Alea Glasgow, Alea Nottingham, Empire Casino, and Sportsman Casino: each invited customer who attends is eligible for one spin per event on the digital prize wheel to reveal an instant outcome.
5. The digital prize wheel (where applicable) contains 27 segments with the following prizes:
   1. 12 segments × £25 Free Play
   2. 9 segments × £50 Free Play
   3. 4 segments × £100 Free Play
   4. 2 segments × £250 Free Play
6. At Manchester235: customers will instead receive an entry into a prize draw.
7. The prize draw will take place at 8pm.
8. Entry tickets must be placed into the tombola no later than 10 minutes before the draw.
9. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their Metropolitan Rewards Card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes, a re-draw will take place.
10. The Metropolitan Rewards Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
12. The tombola will be cleared after each draw.
13. A total of 5 winners will be drawn from the tombola and will win the following prizes:
    1. 1st prize: £500 Free Play
    2. 2nd prize: £200 Free Play
    3. 3rd prize: £150 Free Play
    4. 4th prize: £100 Free Play
    5. 5th prize: £50 Free Play
14. All attendees at Electronics Party events will also receive a welcome drink (varies in every venue, up to a value of £10; non-alcoholic option available on request) and a food voucher up to the value of £20 to spend during the event. This voucher excludes use at Dovetail (Empire Casino) and Marco Pierre White (Alea Nottingham). The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and Metropolitan Rewards Card discounts do not apply.
15. Prizes are non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
16. Free Play voucher prizes will be issued as promotional tickets, redeemable on Slot or Electronic machines. Vouchers must be collected and exchanged at the Cash Desk.
17. Electronics and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
18. The Promoter is not responsible for vouchers/tickets that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen. Such items will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
19. All vouchers/tickets are valid only for the date and time printed on them.
20. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
21. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
23. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
24. Disregarding or failing to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
