Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 21 January to 27 March 2025 and is only open to open to Metropolitan Rewards Members, who have qualified for the Electronics Club.
  2. The promotion will be extended to 30 January. For customers opted – in by 30 January rewards they will be eligible to receive rewards from 4 February.
  3. To qualify for the Electronics Club, customers need to earn the requisite number of Metropolitan Rewards Points between 1 June 2024 and 30 December 2024. Qualifying Metropolitan Rewards Points are earned on Slot machines and Electronic Roulette terminals only.
  4. Customers who have qualified for the Electronics Club will be sent an invitation to participate in the Electronics Club between 6 and 18 January 2025.
  5. Only customers who have opted-in to participate in the Electronics Club will be eligible to receive the following benefits from 4 February to 27 March 2025:
  6. Tuesdays - £15 Meal voucher
  7. Wednesdays - £20 Match Play
  8. On Tuesdays the Meal voucher can be collected from the Cash Desk by presenting a valid Metropolitan Rewards Card for redemption at the bar for a meal from the Players Menu to the value of £15.
  9. On Wednesdays the £20 Match Play can be redeemed at the Cash Desk by presenting a valid Metropolitan Rewards Card in exchange for a promotional ticket to be used on Slots and Electronics.
  10. Promotional tickets are valid for 24-hours from time of issue.
  11. Before cashing out all promotional funds must be staked.
  12. Limited to one redemption per offer per week per customer.
  13. Entry constitutes the acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  14. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of the Venue Management for resolution.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  17. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
