Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion period will run from 7th January to 31st January 2026.
  2. Only Metropolitan Rewards Card holders across all venues (excluding Park Lane Club and Mayfair Casino) with an App account can participate in the promotion.
  3. The Stamp Card is available on the Metropolitan Rewards App only.
  4. Customers will earn one stamp per day when they make a gaming visit at a participating venue, and these cannot be issued retrospectively. A maximum of 6 stamps can be generated over the duration of the promotion. All updated stamps can be seen on the App by 12.15pm the following day.
  5. A gaming visit is recorded when a customer hands over their Metropolitan Rewards Card before playing on any live Table game, Slot machine, Poker or Electronic Roulette terminal.
  6. Customers must present their Metropolitan Rewards Card prior to playing on gaming tables or ensure that their card is correctly inserted into the machine.
  7. Jack and Queen customers will receive 2,000 Met Points for each stamp collected: King and Ace customers will receive 4,000 Met Points for each stamp collected.
  8. Met Points are automatically credited to the customer’s account at the end of the promotional period.
  9. All stamps must be redeemed by midnight on 31st January 2026.
  10. Bonus Met Points are not included in Tier calculations.
  11. Normal Met Points terms and conditions apply.
  12. No cash alternative is available.
  13. Leisure Card holders are excluded from participating in the Loyalty Stamp Card promotional activity.
  14. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  15. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  17. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  18. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
