Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion period will run from 9am on 27 April to 11.59 pm on 30 April 2026 and is only available to Metropolitan Rewards App users across all venues.
  2. To participate, Metropolitan Rewards Card holders must opt-in on the App between 11am on 9 April and 11.59pm on 26 April 2026. Once opted-in, the App game will be available during the promotion period.
  3. The wheel will have 5 segments each containing one of the following prizes: 1 x no win, 1 x 2,000 Met Points, 1 x 4,000 Met Points and 1 x 6,000 Met Points and 1 x 8,000 Met Points.
  4. Each eligible customer is entitled to one spin per day, for the duration of the promotion period.
  5. Met Points will be credited to the winner’s Metropolitan Rewards account within 24 hours.
  6. Normal Met Points terms and conditions apply.
  7. No cash alternative is available.
  8. Leisure & HVC Monogram Metropolitan Rewards holders are excluded from participating in the Spin To Win App promotional activity.
  9. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  10. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  12. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  13. Disregarding or failing to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
