Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion will run on Sunday 27 July, 31 August and 28 September 2025 from 6pm and is only open to Ace, King and Queen Metropolitan Rewards members.
    2. Registration for each tournament will start on the day from 5pm on a first come first served basis.
    3. The tournament is free to enter with each participant allowed one entry per tournament per day.
    4. Minimum of 1 and maximum 3 participants per table, maximum 80 participants per tournament.
    5. To enter participants will need to be in the casino and contact the Customer Relations Executive who will take them to a designated table to take part in the tournament.
    6. The Blackjack tournament will have the following format:
    a. All participants will play 6 hands of the allocated game.
    b. All participants will start each round with 3,000 in tournament chips.
    c. Minimum stake per hand is 100 chips. In the event a player is unable to meet the minimum stake, they will stake all remaining chips.
    d. In the event of a tie, a sudden death format will be used. Players will be dealt as normal, with the lowest value, under 21, being eliminated. This will repeat until the tie is resolved.
    7. The top 3 highest scorers in the rounds will be eligible to play in the final.
    8. The final tournament will have the same format as the rounds apart from participants receiving 10,000 in tournament chips and will playing 10 hands of the allocated game.
    9. The prizes will be split as follows: 1st Place £400 cash, 2nd Place £250 cash and 3rd Place £100 cash.
    10. After the completion of the tournament. Five names will be drawn at random to have the opportunity to ‘Spin for Zero’ rolling over at £250 each month.
    11. The dealer will spin the wheel for each participant in the order in which they were drawn from the tombola. If zero hits the player will receive the ‘Spin for Zero’ prize money.
    12. If zero is not hit, no ‘Spin for Zero’ prize money will be awarded, and the prize money will rollover to the next month’s tournament.
    13. If ‘Spin for Zero’ is won the amount will restart at £250 the following month.
    14. The tombola will be cleared after the completion of the draw.
    15. The current ‘Spin for Zero’ prize amount will be available from Cash Desk, Reception, or any Casino Manager.
    16. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
    17. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
    18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
    19. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
    20. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
