Update to the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for the Metropolitan Millions promotion. This revision, now labelled Version 2 (V2), has been made to clarify the process in the event that the same participant is drawn more than once during a draw evening.

The first version of the T&Cs (V1) has now been amended. The full updated T&Cs (V2) will apply with immediate effect.

Summary of Key Change (V1 to V2)

A new clause has been introduced within both the Weekly Draw and Final Draw sections to clarify participation limits per draw evening.

• NEW CLAUSE (V2): Participants may only roll the dice once per draw evening. If the same participant is drawn more than once during the same draw evening, only their first valid participation will be honoured and a redraw will take place for any subsequent selections.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Terms and Conditions

1.The promotion will run from 2 Feb to 28 March 2026 and is only open to
Metropolitan Rewards Card Members, HVC Monogram Scheme and HVC
Bonus Scheme Members.
2. Between 2 Feb to 28 March 2026, guests can earn draw entries when:
a. A gaming visit with turnover that meets the required thresholds is
made on Slots or Electronic Gaming Terminals during a single gaming
day. Entry tickets earned through play on Slots or Electronic Gaming
Terminals must be collected from the Gaming Supervisor Desk,
Electronic Gaming Desk or Cash Desk on the same gaming day.
Tickets earned via Electronic Gaming Terminals or Slots can only be
redeemed once per customer per day, at the conclusion of the gaming
session. A maximum of three entry tickets can be earned through
Slots and Electronic Gaming Terminals each gaming day.
Thresholds are:
£250–£749: 1 draw ticket issued
£750 - £1249: 2 draw tickets issued
>=£1,250: 3 draw tickets issued
We take careful steps to ensure the accuracy of all gaming and
transaction records. However, due to the nature of gaming activities,
transactions recorded should be considered as best-effort estimates.
b. One of the following events occurs on a Live Gaming Tables. A single
draw ticket will be issued to the customer from the dealer any time
one of the following occurs:
i. Roulette: when winning a bet when the winning number
corresponds with the day’s date.
ii. Blackjack: when winning the hand with a Blackjack, when the
player’s first two cards are the same colour (both red or both
black).
iii. Three Card Poker: when winning the hand with a Straight or
better.
iv. Punto Banco: when winning the hand with a natural nine.
3. Unclaimed entries will be forfeited.
4. Customers must ensure their Metropolitan Rewards Card is used while
playing machines or Electronic Gaming Terminals for turnover to be tracked
correctly.
5. Two tombolas will be prepared and positioned next to the Met Dice Table:
a. Weekly Dice Roll Tombola. To participate in the weekly Saturday Prize Draw
for the chance to win up to £25,000 Free Play.
b. Final £1,000,000 Dice Roll Tombola. To participate in the Final Prize Draw
on Saturday 28 March 2026 for the chance to win up to £1,000,000 cash.
6. Guests with draw entries may choose one of the two tombolas to place their
entries into, depending on which prize draw they wish to participate in, until
the final Weekly Dice Roll Tombola draw has taken place on Saturday 21
March 2026, after which the Weekly Dice Roll Tombola will be closed and all
subsequent draw entries must be placed into the Final £1,000,000 Dice Roll
Tombola.
7. The Weekly Dice Roll Tombola prize draw will take place every Saturday from
7.00pm between 7 February 2026 and 21 March 2026. Ten winners will be
drawn in total, in two separate cohorts of five. The first five winners will be
drawn and invited, one at a time, to roll five dice simultaneously and, where
applicable, spin the wheel. Once this cohort has completed their
participation, the remaining five winners will be drawn and invited to
participate in the same manner.
Draw dates are as follows:
a. Week one. Saturday 7 February 2026.
b. Week two. Saturday 14 February 2026.
c. Week three. Saturday 21 February 2026.
d. Week four. Saturday 28 February 2026.
e. Week five. Saturday 7 March 2026.
f. Week six. Saturday 14 March 2026.
g. Week seven. Saturday 21 March 2026.
8. Participants may only roll the dice once per draw night. If a customer’s name
is drawn more than once during the same draw night, only their first valid
participation will be honoured and a redraw will take place for any
subsequent selections.
9. Winners will roll individually, in the order they are drawn, with each winner
rolling five dice simultaneously.
Prizes awarded are dependent on the number of sixes rolled:
a. Zero sixes rolled. One spin on the Digi Wheel.
b. One six rolled. One spin on the Digi Wheel.
c. Two sixes rolled. One spin on the Digi Wheel.
d. Three sixes rolled. £1,000 Free Play.
e. Four sixes rolled. £5,000 Free Play.
f. Five sixes rolled. £25,000 Free Play.
10. For a dice roll to be considered valid, all five dice must be thrown with one
hand (simultaneously) from a dice cup. A foul/invalid roll should include any
dice that bounces off the back wall of the table but does not land on the table
and/or bounces off a person/other object. In summary, the dice must hit the
back wall of the table, land flat on the baize and remain on the table. Each
Contestant shall be permitted a maximum of 5 attempts at achieving a valid
throw. If a valid throw is not achieved within five attempts, the contestant will
forfeit their dice roll.
11. Spins on the Digi Wheel will be awarded immediately after the dice roll.
12. Three levels of twenty seven segment prize wheels have been created.
Eligible players will start from the Level One Wheel. Prize denominations are
as follows:
a. Level One Wheel. One £500 Free Play, two £200 Free Play, four £100 Free
Play, eight Level Up segments, twelve £25 Free Play.
b. Level Two Wheel. One £750 Free Play, two £500 Free Play, four £250 Free
Play, eight Level Up segments, twelve £50 Free Play.
c. Level Three Wheel. One £1,000 Free Play, two £750 Free Play, four £500
Free Play, eight £250 Free Play, twelve £100 Free Play.
13. If a winner lands on a Level Up segment, they will proceed to the next level
wheel and spin again. This will continue until a prize is won.
14. On Saturday 28 March 2026 at 7.00pm, ten winners will be drawn from the
Final £1,000,000 Dice Roll Tombola. Winners will be drawn in two separate
cohorts of five. The first five winners will be drawn and invited, one at a time,
to roll five dice simultaneously. Once this cohort has completed their dice
rolls, the remaining five winners will be drawn and invited to participate in the
same manner.
Prizes awarded are dependent on the number of sixes rolled:

17. Winners will roll individually, in the order they are drawn, with each winner
rolling five dice simultaneously.
18. The £100,000 cash prize and the £1,000,000 cash prize can only be won
once. If either prize is won, the remaining £100,000 or £1,000,000 cash prize
will be substituted with a £5,000 cash prize.
19. Draw entries must be placed in the tombola at least ten minutes before the
draw commences.
20. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be
chosen randomly from the tombola and will have two minutes to claim the
prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within
two minutes, a redraw will take place.
21. The Metropolitan Rewards Card holder’s membership number must be
displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a
winner.
22. The promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete,
misdirected, late, lost, damaged, or stolen. These entries will not be
replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
23. The Weekly Dice Roll Tombola will be cleared every Saturday after all ten
winners have been determined.
24. Free Play prizes will be issued to the winners at the Cash Desk in Non
negotiable gaming chips for use on live table games or promotional funds be
used on Slot or Electronic Gaming terminals.
25. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel
or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips.
No partnership betting is allowed.
26. Non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on outside bets and may only be
placed in a manner where a maximum of 24 winning numbers will result in a
payout to the customer on any individual spin on Roulette.
27. Upon dispute, the non-negotiable chips on the first 24 numbers are valid and
any non-negotiable chips above 24 numbers are void and returned.
28. On Slots or Electronic terminals – promotional funds must be staked before
cashing out. Promotional tickets are only valid for 24 hours after issue.
29. A member of Casino Management will escort cash prize winners to the Cash
Desk for payout of the denomination won.
30. The £100,000 and £1,000,000 cash prize claims are subject to verification by
an independent loss adjuster or security representative appointed by
Hedgehog Risk. This process may include completion of a Contest Officials
Affidavit and review of video footage. Once verification is completed, the
winner must complete a Winners Affidavit and provide the required
identification. The prize will be processed and paid once funds are received
from the insurer’s underwriters. Payments are typically made within ten
business days of completed verification, however reasonable delays may
occur and participants accept that the promoter and insurer will not be held
liable for such delays.
31. To validate the £100,000 and £1,000,000 prize claims, winners must provide
their full name, residential address, and valid government issued photo
identification such as a passport or driving licence. This information will be
recorded in the Winners Affidavit and securely shared with Hedgehog Risk for
Know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering compliance purposes only.
By participating, winners consent to this data collection and processing.
32. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and
conditions.
33. Leisure card customers are excluded from participating in this promotion.
34. Any complaints or disputes must be brought to the immediate attention of
Venue Management for resolution.
35. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any
time. Participants who have already met the qualifying criteria will be entitled
to participate under the terms entered, subject to any expiry or conditions
contained within these terms.
36. Employees of the promoter, their agents, families, or household members are
not permitted to participate in this promotion.
37. Failure to meet or comply with these terms may result in management
cancelling prizes.
