Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run daily from 28th September 2026 from 2pm until 9:50pm on 31st October 2026 and is open to Metropolitan Rewards card holders only.
  2. To be eligible to enter, a customer must have their Metropolitan Rewards Card inserted into a Slot machine during play.
  3. Every hour between 2pm to midnight during the promotional period, players will be chosen at random to win a Hot Seat Prize. If the software fails to reward the eligible customers automatically in the promotional period, Management reserve the right to manually reward eligible customers.
  4. To qualify for the Hot Seats promotion, a minimum turnover of £20 during a gaming session on Slots is required within the promotional period.
  5. Winners will be notified by a message on the Slot machine or by Venue Management.
  6. Jack Metropolitan Rewards Card holders will receive a £10 instant win Match Play voucher.
  7. Queen and Queen of Hearts Metropolitan Rewards Card holders will receive a £25 instant win Match Play voucher.
  8. King, King of Hearts, King of Spades, and Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders will receive a £50 instant win Free Play voucher.
  9. Prizes won cannot be exchanged, and no cash alternative is available.
  10. Valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots, or Electronics.
  11. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
  12. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
  13. Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. A voucher can only be used on one spin.
  14. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the main Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher.
  15. Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  16. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  17. Leisure Metropolitan Rewards cardholders are excluded from participating in the Hot Seats promotional activity.
  18. The Promoter is not responsible for Metropolitan Rewards cards being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.
  19. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  20. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  22. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  23. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
