Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday throughout June 2026 only, from 12:00pm to 11:30pm (UK time) and is open exclusively to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders who registered for the first time within the previous 31 days across all Metropolitan Casinos. Park Lane Club and Sportsman Casino are excluded from this promotion.
  2. Promotion starts on 8th June at 12pm and ends at 11.30pm on 30th June 2026.
  3. New registrations older than 31 days prior to the promotion start date will not be eligible for the promotion.
  4. To participate, Metropolitan Rewards Card holders must register at least a day before the start date of the points multiplier promotion. For example, if a customer registers on a Tuesday, they will be eligible to participate from the following Wednesday. Customers who register on the same day that the promotion is running will not be eligible for that day’s promotion.
  5. Double Metropolitan Reward Points will be awarded on all gaming during the promotional period.
  6. Double Metropolitan Reward Points (1 additional point for every one usually earned) will be awarded.
  7. Bonus Metropolitan Reward Points are added automatically during the gaming session and normal Metropolitan Reward Point terms and conditions apply.
  8. Customers must present their Metropolitan Rewards Card prior to playing on gaming tables or ensure that their card is correctly inserted into the machine for Metropolitan Reward Points to be earned.
  9. Metropolitan Reward Points are automatically issued and cannot be issued retrospectively.
  10. Bonus Metropolitan Reward Points are not included in Tier calculations.
  11. The Promoter is not responsible for the Metropolitan Rewards Card being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.
  12. Where table tracking is applicable, Metropolitan Gaming (MGUK) uses reasonable efforts to track a participant's play; however, as a condition of receiving Metropolitan Reward Points for table games play, or other non-electronic games, participants agree that such Metropolitan Reward Points are granted based on the personal observation of MGUK employees. The determination of MGUK shall be final with respect to any discrepancies.
  13. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  14. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  17. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
