Slots Club Top 100 Leaderboard Terms and Conditions

1. The promotions will take place monthly on the dates outlined in the communications sent to customers and will be open to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders who have qualified for the Slots Club.
   To qualify for the Slots Club, customers must:
   • Be a Metropolitan Rewards Card holder.
   • Have actively played slot machines during the previous calendar month.
   • Be contactable via their preferred channel (email or SMS).
   • Rank within the Top 100 Slots Players at their Home Casino, as determined by performance metrics collected during the previous calendar month.
2. Rankings are based on an assessment of:
   • Theoretical Win (Theo) – the estimated amount the casino expects to retain from a customer’s slot play. Theoretical Win is calculated using factors such as the total amount wagered and the programmed house advantage of slot machines. It is an estimated value used for performance and rewards purposes only and does not represent actual wins or losses.
3. Qualified Slots Club members will receive weekly Free Play offers (up to a maximum of four per calendar month). The value of each offer is determined based on the customer’s Average Daily Worth (ADW) from the previous calendar month, calculated at a 20% reinvestment rate, with a minimum value of £25 and a maximum value of £200 per offer. Offer values will be rounded up to the nearest £5 increment. Each offer will be valid for a seven (7) day redemption period from the date of activation and will expire if not redeemed within that timeframe. Offers will be sent by email or SMS to the contact details registered to the customer’s Metropolitan Rewards account.
4. Average Daily Worth (ADW) – shows how much a customer plays on average each day they visit. It is calculated by dividing the customer’s Theoretical Win from slot play by the number of days they played during the previous calendar month. ADW is an internal calculation based on estimated values and may not reflect actual wins or losses.
5. The Slots Club will operate only at the following venues: Alea Glasgow, Alea Nottingham, Manchester235, Empire Casino, and The Sportsman Casino.
6. Customers who qualify for the Slots Club will be sent an invitation by email or SMS.
7. Prizes won cannot be exchanged, and no cash alternative is available.
8. Free Play vouchers can only be redeemed at the Cash Desk in exchange for a promotional ticket to be used on slot or electronic machines.
9. Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
10. Leisure and HVC Monogram Scheme members are excluded from participating in the Slots Club promotional activity.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, or stolen, and such vouchers will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
12. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these Terms and Conditions.
13. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria, they will remain entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered (subject to any expiry or other applicable conditions) and to receive any benefits associated with it.
    Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
15. Disregarding or failing to meet any of these terms may result in management withholding or cancelling prizes.

    Slots Party Terms and Conditions

1. The Slots Party will take place on the third Sunday from 15th March 2026, and on the third Sunday of every month thereafter.
2. The event is only open to customers who have qualified for the Slots Club, as set out in the Slots Club Top 100 Leaderboard Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligible customers will be invited via their preferred contact channel to attend a Slots Party event at their local Metropolitan Gaming casino on the event date between 4pm and 8pm.
4. At Alea Glasgow, Alea Nottingham, Empire Casino, and Sportsman Casino: each invited customer who attends is eligible for one spin per event on the digital prize wheel to reveal an instant outcome.
5. The digital prize wheel (where applicable) contains 27 segments with the following prizes: 
6. a. 12 segments × £25 Free Play
   b. 9 segments × £50 Free Play
   c. 4 segments × £100 Free Play
   d. 2 segments × £250 Free Play                                                         
7. At Manchester235: customers will instead receive an entry into a prize draw.
8. The prize draw will take place at 8pm.
9. Entry tickets must be placed into the tombola no later than 10 minutes before the draw.
10. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their Metropolitan Rewards Card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes, a re-draw will take place.
11. The Metropolitan Rewards Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
13. The tombola will be cleared after each draw.
14. A total of 5 winners will be drawn from the tombola and will win the following prizes:

    • 2nd prize: £200 Free Play
    • 3rd prize: £150 Free Play
    • 4th prize: £100 Free Play
    • 5th prize: £50 Free Play
16. All attendees at Slots Party events will also receive a welcome drink (varies in every venue, up to a value of £10; non-alcoholic option available on request) and a food voucher up to the value of £20 to spend during the event. This voucher excludes use at Dovetail (Empire Casino) and Marco Pierre White (Alea Nottingham). The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and Metropolitan Rewards Card discounts do not apply.
17. Prizes are non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
    
18. Free Play voucher prizes will be issued as promotional tickets, redeemable on Slot or Electronic machines. Vouchers must be collected and exchanged at the Cash Desk.
19. Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
