Match Play Mornings

1. The promotion will run between Tuesday 8th September 2026 and Thursday 17th September 2026, between 10am and 12pm.
2. The promotion is open to Metropolitan Rewards card holders only.
3. Promotional Match Play tickets are available as follows:
a. On Tuesday 8th and 15th September 2026
- £25 Match Play – Jack and Queen Metropolitan Rewards card holders: redeemable at the Main Cash Desk.
- £50 Match Play – King and Ace Metropolitan Rewards card holders: redeemable at the Dragon Lounge Cash Desk.
b. On Thursday 10th and 17th September 2026
- £50 Match Play – Ace and King Metropolitan Rewards card holders: redeemable at the Dragon Lounge Cash Desk.
4. Customers must present their Metropolitan Rewards card when redeeming their promotional Match Play offer.
5. To redeem the offer customer must presented the same value bet as per offer, in exchange for a promotional ticket.
6. Promotional ticket is valid for 24 after the time of issue. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
7. Each eligible promotional offer may only be redeemed once per customer on the applicable promotional date.
8. No cash alternative is available.
9. Only genuine players are permitted to participate in this promotion. The promoter reserves the right to withhold or withdraw any bonus, winnings, or other benefit arising from this promotion, and/or to exclude any player, where there is reasonable evidence that the player has engaged in patterns of play inconsistent with genuine gambling activity — including, but not limited to, placing opposing or covering bets on the same or related events (such as red/black or odd/even on roulette) with the aim of guaranteeing a return, minimising risk, or extracting bonus funds, rather than playing with a genuine chance of winning or losing.
10. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Match Play Mornings Offer promotional activity.
11. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.  
12. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.   
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.  
14. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.  
15. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
