Diwali Party

1. The event will run on Thursday 5 November 2026 from 9pm to 12am.  
2. The event is open to Metropolitan Rewards card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme and HVC Bonus Scheme Members. 
3. The buffet will be first come first served for a maximum of 50 guests.
4. To qualify for the prize draws, customers must earn entries through the earning period of 12pm – 11.50pm on the day of the event. The qualification routes are as follows:  
5. Customers earn one prize draw entry by playing live tables with £1000 turnover or slots or gaming terminals with a £500 turnover. 
6. Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme members who have been invited to the event are eligible to collect 3 free tickets at Reception on the date of the event. 
7. Earned prize draw entry tickets will be available for collection at Cash Desk following the gaming session, once the qualifying criteria have been met and upon presentation of a valid Metropolitan Rewards Card.
8. Customers must ensure their Metropolitan Rewards card is used while playing for the turnover to be tracked correctly. We take careful steps to ensure the accuracy of all gaming and transaction records. However, due to the nature of gaming activities, transactions recorded should be considered as best-effort estimates.
9. Entry tickets must contain the participant's name and Metropolitan Rewards Card number where applicable.
10. The Promoter will close the tombola 10 minutes before the scheduled draw time (at 9.50pm and 11.50pm). All valid entries must be received before the closing time. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries received after the closing time, and such entries will not be eligible for the draw.
11. Draws will take place during the entertainment break at at 10pm and 12am.
12. 8 winner(s) in total will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing time.
13. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win.
14. Winners will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their Metropolitan Rewards card.
15. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place. 
16. Each customer may win only one prize during the prize draw. If the same customer is selected more than once, a redraw will take place.
17. The tombola will be cleared after all draws have concluded. 
18. Winners will receive one spin each on the Digi Wheel. 
19. The Digi wheel is comprised of 54 segments, the number of segments per denomination of prize are as follows:

20. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen. Such entries will be deemed invalid and will not be replaced. Photocopies or reproduced entry tickets will not be accepted.
21. Free Play prizes will be issued to the winners at the Cash Desk in Non-negotiable gaming chips for use on live table.
22. The winning element only of any non-negotiable chip payout will be paid in cash chips.
23. No partnership betting is permitted.
24. Non-negotiable chips are only valid at the venue where they were issued.
25. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips.
26. Non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on even chances and may only be placed in a manner where a maximum of 24 winning numbers will result in a payout to the customer on any individual spin on Roulette.
27. Upon dispute, the non-negotiable chips on the first 24 numbers are valid and any non-negotiable chips above 24 numbers are void and returned. 
28. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions. 
29. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.  
30. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion. 
31. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion. 
32. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes or participation the promotion.
33. The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical malfunctions, system outages, card insertion errors, tracking failures or any other event outside of its reasonable control.
34. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
