Higher or Lower

1. This promotion will run from 6am 18 October to 9pm 12 November every Sunday to Thursday and is open to all Metropolitan Rewards Card holders.
2. All day within the promotional period, customers with an active bet will receive 1x draw entry ticket when one of the following promotional criteria occurs on live American Roulette and/or Blackjack tables:
2a. Blackjack - At Blackjack tables 1x draw ticket to be awarded when the player is dealt any suited Blackjack hand.
2b. American Roulette - At Any Roulette table every player with an active bet on American Roulette can receive 1x draw entry ticket when a number on the roulette wheel lands twice in a row (The reward applies only the first-time the number lands twice in a row. If the number comes in a third time or more in the same sequence, no additional reward will be given).
3. Each draw entry ticket will be stamped with the draw date the ticket is eligible for. Drawn entry tickets earned before 9pm will be eligible for the draw on the same day. Entry tickets earned after 9pm will be eligible for the next eligible draw.
4. Draw entry tickets submitted for the incorrect date will be removed from the tombola, rendered null and void and prompt a re-draw.
5. Entry tickets must contain the participant's name and Metropolitan Rewards Card number.
6. The Promoter will close the tombola 10 minutes before the scheduled draw time at 9.20pm. All valid entries must be received before the closing time. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries received after the closing time, and such entries will not be eligible for the draw.
7. Draws will take place next to the Digi Wheel every day at 9.30pm.
8. 3 winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing time.
9. Winners will each receive 1 play of our Higher or Lower wheel.
10. A 54 segment ‘Higher or Lower’ wheel is available comprising of the following segments: 4x “Ace”, 4x “King”, 4x “Queen”, 4x “Jack”, 4x “10”, 4x “9”, 4x “8”, 4x “7”, 4x “6”, 4x “5”, 4x “4”, 4x “3”, 4x “2”, 2x “Joker”.
11. The ‘Higher or Lower’ game will run as follows:
11a. Each winner will spin the wheel once to reveal a starting rank.
11b. The player will then have a chance to guess whether or not the next card rank will be higher or lower than the starting rank, before spinning the wheel again to reveal the second card, should they guess correctly they will have to guess higher or lower for the previous card, then spin and so on until they lose, tie or win all five guesses.
11c. If the first card is guessed incorrectly, customer loses, stops playing and receives a consolation prize of £25 Free Play, if guessed correctly they win £50 Free Play and can continue playing.
11d. Ace is the lowest card with King being the highest.
11e. For each card that they correctly guess, they will receive £50 Free Play up to £250 Free Play total – if they guess all 5 correctly they get a bonus of £250 Free Play, amounting to a total prize of £500 Free Play. 11f. If they guess incorrectly, they win the amount for the number of correctly guessed cards turned over.
11g. If the next card has the same rank as the previous card, the guess counts as correct and £50 Free Play is awarded for that guess. The game then ends and the participant receives their accumulated winnings, without the bonus.
11h. A tie on the fifth guess awards £50 Free Play for that guess, bringing the total to £250 Free Play, but the bonus is not awarded.
11i. Joker segments count as an automatic win of £250 Free Play and ends the game without the bonus. 11j. Proxy play is not permitted.
12. Free Play may only be issued as non-negotiable chips for use on live gaming tables.
13. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel chips, cash chips or cash.
14. The winning element only of any non-negotiable chip payout will be paid in cash chips.
15. No partnership betting is permitted.
16. Free Play non-negotiable chips are only valid at the venue where they were issued.
17. Winners must be present at the time of the draw to claim their prize.
18. Winners will have 2 minutes to claim their prize by presenting their Metropolitan Rewards Card.
19. If a prize is not claimed within the specified time, a redraw will take place.
20. Each customer may win only one prize per prize draw. If the same customer is selected more than once, a redraw will take place.
21. The tombola will be cleared every day after the draw has finished to allow for new entries for the next eligible draw.
22. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen. Such entries will be deemed invalid and will not be replaced. Photocopies or reproduced entry tickets will not be accepted.
23. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
24. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
26. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
27. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in management cancelling prizes or participation in the promotion.
28. The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical malfunctions, system outages, card insertion errors, tracking failures or any other event outside of its reasonable control.
29. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
