Terms & Conditions

The promotion will run from 8 to 29 July 2026.
The tournament is open to all Metropolitan Rewards Card Holders.
Where applicable, customers must meet the following qualification criteria in order to register for the tournament: Minimum average daily worth of £250 or more from Empire Casino live gaming table play year to date, as of the day of the tournament they wish to enter.
A set of three qualifier tournaments will be available weekly, the tournament types and dates they will take place is as follows:
4a. Wednesday 8 July: American Roulette Tournament
4b. Wednesday 15 July: Blackjack Tournament
4c. Wednesday 22 July: Punto Banco Tournament
Registration for each tournament will start on the day from 6pm, first round to commence at 8pm, with no entries permitted after 9pm, ensuring rounds can be allocated.
All tournaments are free to enter unless otherwise stated. Each participant is permitted one entry per tournament only.
There will be a minimum of 30 and maximum of 4 participants per table, with a maximum of 80 participants in the tournament.
If the minimum number of participants is not achieved, the tournament may be cancelled at the discretion of management.
To enter, participants must be present in the casino and register with the Customer Relations Executive, Gaming Supervisor or Venue Management.
All tournament chips, credits and balances have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The American Roulette tournament format is as follows:
11a. All participants will play 5 spins of the allocated game.
11b. All participants will start each round with £10,000 in tournament chips.
11c. Players will be given two colours, one to represent £100 value chips and the other £1,000 value chips.
11d. Minimum stake per spin is £2,000 tournament chips. If a player is unable to meet the minimum stake, they must wager all remaining tournament chips.
11e. Maximum of £500 on any one number and £5,000 on columns and dozens.
11f. No neighbour bets or even chance bets permitted.
11g. Column and dozen bets permitted.
The Blackjack tournament format is as follows:
12a. All participants will play 4 hands of the allocated game.
12b. All participants will start each round with £8,000 in tournament chips.
12c. Players will be given two colour chips, one to represent £100 chips and the other £1,000 tournament chips.
12d. Minimum stake per hand is £2,000 tournament chips. If a player is unable to meet the minimum stake, they must wager all remaining tournament chips.
12e. Maximum of £10,000 on the box.
12f. Side bets are permitted. Where applicable, limits are minimum £100 and £500 maximum on each of the side bets. Top 3 bets will be allowed min/max £100.
12g. Dealer Button will be placed in front of the player who has control of the first decision.
12h. The dealer button will move clockwise from player to player, this is to ensure all the players have even chances of control over the sway of the game.
12i. Blackjack is paid 2 to 1.
12j. All tournament chips must remain on the table and visible to venue staff at all times.
12k. Participants will be ranked based on their tournament chip balance at the end of each round.
The Punto Banco tournament format is as follows:
13a. All participants will play 5 hands of the allocated game.
13b. All participants will start each round with £10,000 in tournament chips.
13c. Players will be given two colours, one to represent £100 value chips and the other £1,000 value chips.
13d. Minimum stake per hand is £2,000 tournament chips. If a player is unable to meet the minimum stake, they must wager all remaining tournament chips.
13e. Maximum of £15,000 on Banker/Player, maximum £1,000 on Any Tie and maximum £200 on 3 Giving 8.1
3f. Tie bets will be allowed with a flat £100 minimum/maximum.
13g. Banker is paid 1 to 1.
The final tournament will commence on Wednesday 29 July, entry is restricted to the top 20 highest scoring players from each qualifying tournament.
Customers may only qualify for the final tournament once. If a customer who has already qualified finishes within the top 20 of a subsequent Weekly Tournament, their qualifying place will be awarded to the next highest scoring eligible customer.
Registration for the final tournament will start on the day at 6pm, first round to commence at 8pm, with no entries permitted after 9pm, ensuring rounds can be allocated.
The final tournament will feature Punto Banco, Blackjack and American Roulette Tournaments. Same tournament format as the qualifying tournaments apply.
After all 3 tournaments have concluded, the collective number of points accrued from each table game for each player will be added to form a grand total.
For the Final Tournament, top 3 highest scorers will win the following based on placement:
19a. 1st Place - £2,000 Free Play
19b. 2nd Place - £1,000 Free Play
19c. 3rd Place - £500 Free Play
In the event of a tie for any tournament, customers who achieved the same score, will be given an option to split the prize between them equally or play a full round of the allocated game, until such time that an outright winner is decided.
Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
All Free Play prizes can only be redeemed at the Cash Desk. Free Play vouchers cannot be redeemed directly at tables.
Free Play may be exchanged for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots and Electronic Gaming.
Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel chips, cash chips or cash.
The winning element only of any non-negotiable chip payout will be paid in cash chips.
No partnership betting is permitted.
Free Play, non-negotiable chips and promotional tickets are only valid at the venue where they were issued.
Promotional tickets expire 24 hours after the date and time of issue.
All stakes issued through a promotional ticket must be wagered before any remaining balance can be cashed out.
Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in management cancelling prizes or participation in the promotion.
The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical malfunctions, system outages, card insertion errors, tracking failures or any other event outside of its reasonable control.
Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
