Terms & Conditions

The promotion will run from 2 to 15 March 2026, open to Metropolitan Rewards card holders.
Every day from 2 to 8 March guests will earn £1,500 bonus tournament gaming chips for every 500 Metropolitan Rewards Points earned playing on Live Blackjack, American Roulette, Punto Banco or Three Card Poker tables (up to a maximum of £15,000 bonus tournament points).
Total number of bonus tournament points earned during the earning period will be divided by 3 parts, each part divided to be used for one of the qualifying tournaments:
3a. American Roulette Qualifying Tournament: Monday 9 March 2026.
3b. Blackjack Qualifying Tournament: Tuesday 10 March 2026.
3c. Punto Banco Qualifying Tournament: Wednesday 11 March 2026.
For each qualifying tournament a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 152 participants will be allowed to participate.
Registration for each qualifying tournament will start on the day at 6pm, first round to commence at 8pm, with no entries permitted after 9pm, ensuring rounds can be allocated.
To participate, guests must be in the casino and contact the Customer Relations Executive or Casino Manager, who will direct them to a designated table.
Metropolitan Rewards Points will not be earned while playing in the tournament.
Only one entry per person per tournament is permitted.
A minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 players per table will be allowed for each tournament.
The American Roulette tournament format is as follows:
10a. All participants will play 5 spins of the allocated game and start each round with £10,000 in tournament chips plus any bonus tournament chips earned the week previously.
10b. Players will be given two colour chips, one to represent £100 chips and the other £1,000 tournament chips.
10c. The minimum stake per spin is £2,000.
10d. Maximum bets: £500 on any one number, £5,000 on columns and dozens.
10e. No neighbour bets or even chance bets (red/black, high/low, odd/even) will be accepted.
10f. Column and dozen bets are accepted.
The Blackjack tournament format is as follows:
11a. All participants will play 4 hands of the allocated game and start each round with £8,000 in tournament chips plus any bonus tournament chips earned the week previously.
11b. Players will be given two colour chips, one to represent £100 chips and the other £1,000 tournament chips.
11c. Minimum stake per hand will be £2,000 in chips, but there will be a maximum of £10,000 on the box and minimum £100 / maximum £500 on each of the side bets. Top 3 bets will be allowed min/max £100.
11d. A dealer button will be placed in front of the players box (first box, in case of two boxes being played) to indicate the player who will be making the first decision.
11e. The dealer button will move clockwise from player to player, this is to ensure all the players have even chances of control over the sway of the game.
11f. Blackjack will be paid at odds of 2 to 1.
The Punto Banco tournament format is as follows:
12a. All participants will play 5 hands of the allocated game and start each round with £10,000 in tournament chips plus any bonus tournament chips earned the week previously.
12b. Players will be given two colour chips, one to represent £100 chips and the other £1,000 in tournament chips.
12c. A minimum of £2,000 worth of chips must be placed for each hand.
12d. There will be a maximum of £15,000 on the banker/player and a maximum of £1,000 on “Any Tie” bet. Maximum £200 on 3 giving 8.
12e. UR ways tie bets will be allowed with a flat £100 min/max.
12f. Banker bets will be paid at odds of 1 - 1.
During the qualifying tournaments, top 3 highest scorers will have the chance to receive one spin on the roulette wheel for the chance to win up to £2,500 Free Play.
In the event of a tie, tied customers will have to play a full additional round of the allocated game until an outright winner is decided.
Combinations on the wheel correlate to a denomination of Free Play prize, these are as follows:
15a. Numbers 1 to 20 will award £250 Free Play.
15b. Numbers 21 – 28 will award £500 Free Play.
15c. Numbers 29 – 34 will award £750 Free Play.
15d. Numbers 35 – 38 will award £1,000 Free Play.
15e. Numbers 0 & 00 will award £2,500 Free Play.
The Final Tournament will commence on Sunday 15 March and is only open to guests who have participated in at least one of the qualifying tournaments.
Registration for the final tournament will start on the day at 12pm, first round to commence at 2pm, with no entries permitted after 3pm, ensuring rounds can be allocated.
The final tournament will feature Punto Banco, Blackjack and American Roulette Tournaments. Same tournament format as the qualifying tournaments apply.
After all 3 tournaments have concluded, the collective number of points accrued from each table game for each player will be added to form a grand total.
For the Final Tournament, top 3 highest scorers will have the chance to receive one spin on the roulette wheel for the chance to win up to £5,000 Free Play. The dealer will conduct the spin on the roulette wheel.
In the event of a tie, tied customers will have to play a full additional round of the allocated game until an outright winner is decided.

22a. Numbers 1 to 20 will award £1,000 Free Play.
22b. Numbers 21 – 28 will award £1,500 Free Play.

22e. Numbers 0 & 00 will award £5,000 Free Play.
Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
All Free Play prizes can only be redeemed at the Cash Desk. Free Play vouchers cannot be redeemed directly at tables.
Free Play may be exchanged for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots and Electronic Gaming.
Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel chips or cash chips.
The winning element of any payout will be paid in cash chips. Partnership betting is not permitted.
All promotional funds must be fully staked before cashing out.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their Metropolitan Rewards Cards are presented when playing on Live gaming tables for Metropolitan Rewards Points earned to be tracked.
The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
Leisure Metropolitan Rewards card holders are excluded from participating in the Table Masters promotional activity.
Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
