Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 2nd February to 28th February 2026, inclusive (“Promotional Period”), and is open to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders only.
  2. To be eligible to participate, customers must insert their Metropolitan Rewards Card into an Aristocrat Slots machine during play.
  3. To qualify for entry into the Hot Seats promotion, customers must achieve a minimum turnover of £20 during a gaming session on Slots within the Promotional Period.
  4. Every hour between 12pm and 10pm during the Promotional Period, eligible players will be selected at random to win a Hot Seat Prize.
  5. Winners will be notified either by a message displayed on the electronic gaming machine or directly by Venue Management.
  6. The Hot Seat Prize is one (1) spin of the Digi Wheel.
  7. The Digi Wheel consists of fifty-four (54) segments, distributed as follows:
    • No Win × 10 segments
    • £20 Food & Beverage Voucher × 25 segments
    • £50 Food & Beverage Voucher × 10 segments
    • £100 Food & Beverage Voucher × 5 segments
    • £250 Fanatics Spend × 4 segments
  8. The prize awarded will be determined by the segment on which the Digi Wheel lands. The result of the Digi Wheel spin is final.
  9. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
  10. Food & Beverage vouchers must be presented at the bar prior to ordering food and drink.
  11. Food & Beverage vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Metropolitan Rewards Card discounts do not apply.
  12. Winners of the £250 Fanatics Spend prize will be contacted by a Marketing representative via their preferred method of contact to arrange purchase and collection of the prize. Winners may select items from https://www.fanatics.co.uk/en/ up to a maximum value of £250.
  13. No change will be given, and no additional discounts apply.
  14. The Promoter is not responsible for Metropolitan Rewards Cards being incorrectly inserted into gaming machines.
  15. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  16. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  18. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  19. Disregarding or failing to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
