Kings of MONOPOLY

Update to the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for the Kings of MONOPOLY main promotion effective Friday 18th September 2026 until the end of the promotion, Friday 9th October 2026.

This revision, now labelled Version 2 (V2.0), has been made to clarify the process for the weekly prize draws.

Summary of Key Change (V1.0 to V2.0):

OLD CLAUSES (V1.0):

25. Three (3) entrants will be selected during each Friday Prize Draw, with each winner eligible to receive £1,000 in Free Play. Each selected entrant must come forward to claim their prize within two (2) minutes of their name being called. If a selected entrant does not come forward within this time, a redraw will take place, with a maximum of two (2) redraws permitted per Friday Prize Draw.

26. Once the permitted redraws have taken place, the value of any remaining unclaimed Free Play prize(s) will roll over to the following Friday’s Prize Draw and be divided equally across the three (3) prizes available in that draw.

NEW CLAUSE (V2.0):

25. Three (3) entrants will be selected during each Friday Prize Draw, with each winner eligible to receive £1,000 in Free Play. Each selected entrant must come forward to claim their prize within two (2) minutes of their name being called. If a selected entrant does not come forward within this time, a redraw will take place until all three (3) £1,000 Free Play prizes have been awarded.

26. CLAUSE REMOVED: Once the permitted redraws have taken place, the value of any remaining unclaimed Free Play prize(s) will roll over to the following Friday’s Prize Draw and be divided equally across the three (3) prizes available in that draw.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

1. These Supplementary Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the main “MONOPOLY Blackjack – Kings of MONOPOLY” promotion Terms and Conditions.
2. During selected promotional periods (“Happy Hour Periods”), qualifying customers may receive two (2) scratch cards instead of one (1) for each valid qualifying hand.
3. A qualifying hand is defined as being dealt a pair of Kings (KK) as the first two cards on a MONOPOLY Blackjack table.
4. Happy Hour Periods may operate on selected dates and times in Empire Casino as determined by the Promoter.
5. Happy Hour Period details will be communicated in venue only and may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at the Promoter’s discretion.
6. During Happy Hour Periods, customers will receive a maximum of two (2) scratch cards per qualifying hand.
7. All scratch cards issued during Happy Hour Periods form part of the overall promotional scratch card allocation and release phases outlined in the main promotion Terms and Conditions.
8. Scratch cards issued during Happy Hour Periods remain subject to all standard promotional mechanics, prize allocations, release phase distributions and validation requirements contained within the main promotion Terms and Conditions.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend Happy Hour Periods at any time without prior notice.
10. All other main promotion Terms and Conditions continue to apply
