HOT SEATS

1. The promotion will run from 12 noon 28th September to 1st November 8:45pm 2026 and is open to Metropolitan Rewards Card holders only.
2. To be eligible to enter, a customer must have their Metropolitan Rewards Card inserted into an electronic gaming machine during play.
3. Every hour between 12 noon to 4am, players will be chosen at random to win a Hot Seat Prize (except on Sunday 1st November 2026, where the last Hot Seat award will be before 8:45pm).
4. To qualify for the Hot Seats promotion, a gaming session on either slots or electronic games with £50 turnover is required within the promotional period.
5. Winners will be notified by a message on the electronic gaming machine or by Venue Management.
6. Jack, Queen and Queen of Hearts Metropolitan Rewards Card holders will receive a £25 Match Play voucher, valid for the following week only, as stated on the voucher.
7. King, King of Hearts, King of Spades and Ace Metropolitan Rewards Card holders will receive a £50 Match Play voucher, valid for the following week only, as stated on the voucher.
8. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
9. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the main Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher in exchange for a promotional ticket to use on Slots or Electronic terminals.
10. Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
11. Promotional tickets are valid for 24 hours after issuing.
12. Limited to one Hot Seat prize per customer per day.
13. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
14. Only customers actively gaming and correctly registered with their Metropolitan Rewards Card at the time of selection will qualify for the prizes.
15. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction, system failure or interruption affecting the operation of the promotion.
16. The Promoter is not responsible for Metropolitan Rewards Cards being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.
17. Leisure Metropolitan Rewards Card holders are excluded from participating in the Hot Seats promotional activity.
18. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
19. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms and conditions.
21. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
22. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

GOLDEN MEGA HOT SPINS

1. The Golden Mega Hot Spins Prize draws will take place on the date as follows:
• Sunday 4th October 2026 at 9pm
• Sunday 11th October 2026 at 9pm
• Sunday 18th October 2026 at 9pm
• Sunday 25th October 2026 at 9pm
• Sunday 1st November 2026 at 9pm
2. Players who receive a win notification during the Home of the Hot Seats promotion will be issued one draw entry ticket by the Slot Hosts or Casino Management. This ticket is valid for the next advertised Golden Mega Spins draw.
3. Tickets issued after 8:45pm on Sundays will be only eligible for the next available draw, within promotional period.
4. Entry tickets must contain the participant's name and Metropolitan Rewards Card number where applicable.
5. The Promoter will close the tombola 15 minutes before the scheduled draw time at 9pm. All valid entries must be received before the closing time. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries received after the closing time, and such entries will not be eligible for the draw.
6. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a redraw will take place.
7. The Metropolitan Rewards Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
9. The tombola will be cleared after all winners are determined.
10. Five winners will be drawn from the tombola and will be eligible for one spin on the Digi Wheel.
11. Limited to one prize per customer per draw night. Should a winner’s name be drawn a second time, a redraw will take place.
