Mid-Autumn Celebrations

1. The promotion will run from 21 September – 4 October 2026.
2. The promotion is open to all Metropolitan Rewards Card.
3. Customers may receive scratch cards when a gaming visitation is made with a minimum turnover of £200 on Blackjack, American Roulette, Punto Banco, Three Card Poker Tables or Slots & Electronics.
4. Entries can be earned all day; however, guests are limited to earn scratch cards once per gaming day (7x draw entries earnable maximum per week).
5. All scratch cards to be collected at Guest Services.
6. Scratch Cards earned must be collected from Guest Services the same gaming day. Unclaimed scratch cards will be forfeited.
7. Customers must ensure their Metropolitan Rewards card is used while playing for the turnover to be tracked correctly.
8. Scratch cards cannot be issued retrospectively.
9. Scratch card prizes are and will be redeemed as follows:
9a. £1,000 Free Play Ticket to be exchanged at Cash Desk for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket for use on Slots and Electronics.
9b. Prize draw entry tickets to be dropped into the tombola next to the digital prize wheel by 5.50pm on Sunday 4 October.
9c. £5 or £10 Match Play Tickets to be played directly on live gaming tables to be exchanged at Cash Desk for a promotional ticket to use on slots and electronics when the same value wager as stated on the scratch card is presented. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
9d. Moon Cake Tickets to be exchanged at the cloakroom for a box of Moon Cakes.
9e. 2,000 or 4,000 Metropolitan Rewards Points tickets to be handed to Guest services, credits will be applied within 24-hours. Normal Metropolitan Rewards Point terms apply.
10. All Prizes must be redeemed by Sunday 4 October.
11. Lost, stolen, damaged or illegible scratch cards will not be replaced.
12. Photocopies, scans or reproductions will not be accepted.
13. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
14. Entry tickets must contain the participant’s name and Metropolitan Rewards Card number where applicable.
15. The promoter will close the tombola 10 minutes before the scheduled draw time at 6pm. All valid entries must be received before the closing time. The promoter reserves the right to reject entries after the closing time, and such entries will not be eligible for the draw.
16. On Sunday 4 October at 6pm eight winners will be drawn to spin the Digi wheel to reveal the prize won.
17. The prize wheel will have 27 segments and prizes will be as follows: 1x £1,000 Free Play, 2x £750 Free Play, 4x £500 Free Play, 8x £250 Free Play, 12x £100 Free Play.
18. Free Play prizes may be issued from the cash desk as non-negotiable chips redeemable directly on gaming tables; or a promotional ticket for use on Slots and Electronic Gaming
19. Free Play must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions stated on the voucher, ticket or promotional communication.
20. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel chips, cash chips or cash.
21. The winning element only of any non-negotiable chip payout will be paid in cash chips.
22. No partnership betting is permitted.
23. Free Play, non-negotiable chips and promotional tickets are only valid at the venue where they were issued.
24. Promotional tickets expire 24 hours after the date and time of issue.
25. All stakes issued through a promotional ticket must be wagered before any remaining balance can be cashed out.
26. Free Play, vouchers and promotional tickets must be redeemed by the expiry date stated on the voucher, ticket or promotional communication.
27. Lost, stolen, damaged or expired vouchers, tickets or promotional communications will not be replaced.
28. No cash alternative is available.
29. Match Play vouchers are valid for use on Blackjack, roulette or Slots and Electronics.
30. On gaming tables, a bet of the same value as the voucher must be placed alongside the voucher.
31. Match Play vouchers will be collected by the dealer once used.
32. Winnings resulting will be paid in accordance with the normal rules of the game.
33. On Blackjack:
33a. Are valid for one hand only.
33b. In the event of a standoff, the voucher will be returned to the customer.
33c. Are not valid on side bets.
34. On Roulette:
34a. Valid for a single even chance bet on roulette.
34b. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
35. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the main Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher.
36. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
37. Match Play vouchers must be redeemed by the expiry date stated on the voucher.
38. Lost, stolen, damaged or expired vouchers will not be replaced.
39. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
40. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
41. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
42. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
43. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in management cancelling prizes or participation in the promotion.
44. The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical malfunctions, system outages, card insertion errors, tracking failures or any other event outside of its reasonable control.
45. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
